I was at the store on Asheville Hwy yesterday waiting on by the rudest most unprofessional young lady that I have ever encountered in my life! While I was waiting to be processed which was a painfully long process as the she was on her phone basically ignoring me I was speaking with a friend that just happened to come in. The attendant came from behind the counter and demanded to know what we were talking about. I politely informed her that it didn't involve her and I would appreciate her concentrating at the task at hand instead of what my friend and I were discussing
She demanded I tell her or I could take my white a## elsewhere. She even went as far as to follow me out of the store and get less than a inch from my face screaming and yelling that I had no buisness talking to HER customer in HER store!!

I've always had a pleasant experience with the employees at Metro by T-Mobile. They give Great, informative, and fast Service. Greetings with Smiles, helpful and knowledgeable of all the phones and accessories in the store. Always professional

First & foremost the employees are super knowledgeable, helpful, & friendly! The store itself is spotless, well organized, & adequately lit. The displays always are in very good shape. The company has amazing prices, great deals, & even better service! Went from boost mobile to metro & I do not regret it! Highly recommend to anyone looking to switch companies or anyone who is indecisive.

You need to train your employees how to put on a screen protector that comes with a plastic gaurd frame and not be afraid to remove the case

Bad customer service from the manager and the employee serves the person very badly and sells you and that insurance against cargo damage supposedly and what she sells you for 3 dollars more per month is an antivirus, be careful, she is Dominican

This Location needs to be closed down PERMANENTLY. It is ridiculous how someone that lives HALF A MILE from this location has to drive to other parts of Spartanburg county all because they want to open close to 12PM and only be open for 7 hours?? That is a shame!

This is a great place to get your phone I've been dealing with them this whole year excuse me since last year I've had no problems with them customer service there is great they're very outgoing they over help you they explain things to you instead of leaving you without knowing what those big words mean
