I went in with an extremely complicated issue that required the store personnel to contact customer service. The young lady (Joslin) were extremely helpful and patient. I appreciated the time she took to help me instead of having me contact customer service on my own. Customer service on this level is rare to encounter in this day and age, and I am glad that I had a chance to experience it at this location with this young lady.

It's not the place it's my service I've had so many issues with my phone and my tablets I pay $80.00 a month and haven't been able to enjoy my unlimited contract not a good service tried trouble shooting now for almost 3 month's it's not right to pay for so ethomh om not receiving from you people I pay for Insurance and tried for 2 hrs to get this issue fixed last night on Nov 2nd even tried to get an upgrade this ones totally messed up so I'm very upset with my service but yall still. Taking money out of my account why's that fair it really sucks

I visited this store twice, and was very disappointed with the customer service. We have been customers for years, and was looking to upgrade our phones. This representative would not even ask our name or look up our account. She insisted that there were no upgrades available other than paying retail for any phone we were interested in. I have been very satisfied with Metro until now. If I can't get an upgrade with a discount, I will be changing my service very soon. VERY DISAPPOINTING METRO PCS!

been doing business with the Metro on 29 Hillcrest Spartanburg and ive had a few issues with this service but getting better as I go and thank God for Leslie she's very helpful and takes her time to explain the issues I've had!! And it's really a pleasant experience having her to help me out!! Give her a raise lol!! God Bless you ALL

Metro PCS is the worst, in NJ, in SC it doesn't matter. I visited locations in both areas and the service was the same, non-existent. Online services never complete they always send you to the store just for the clerk to not know what they are offering online and try to hit you with the in-store fees. I can't speak to the service as I've not been able to sign up with the ping pong business model they have in place.

I called the store the other day because I was told because I had five lines I qualify for promotion they have for iPhone 11 that was not a true statement she said that they have never heard of such thing. So I called customer service back the new customer service rep told me she hadn't heard of it either and she looked up who told me that connect me to a supervisor the phone hung up I never heard from anybody.

I'm giving this store at this location one star only because I can't give it zero stars. I never got the name of the female who encounter us when we visited the store yesterday but she had the nastiest attitude and wasthe rudest person I have ever ran into! If I were her supervisor I would have fired her on the spot after the way we were dealt with! Maybe she was this manager Michelle that everyone else is complaining about. Either way I would never walk back into this store again even if the phones and service were free!!!
