I needed, desperately, to purchase a new recliner for my husband, Wednesday, May 29th. I called Mattress Max , after finding the recliner I wanted to purchase, online. Told Jeff what I wanted & explained my problem.
Not only did he work with me over the phone, but promised early morning delivery for Thursday. It was late Wednesday when I called or otherwise he would have done what he could to have delivered that afternoon. But the recliner WAS DELIVERED FIRST THING THURSDAY MORNING. We are so pleased with our purchase & the service we received from Mattress Max. These folks are ready
to work for their customers. Stop in & see them for any furniture needs you may have. You will not be disappointed. They'll take care of you.

I purchased a matress and box spring and when we discussed delivery they set up a date and time. I asked them if they would notify me if anything changed and they assured me that wouldn't happen. On the delivery date I waited and received no call so I called them only to be told that the time of day I was given for delivery shouldn't have been given. My time is valuable as it is to many of us and people shouldn't think they can be dismissive of that.

My husband and I were looking everywhere for the right furniture for our tiny new home. Went into Mattress Max and found a perfect bed, 2 nightstands and 2 accent tables. We’re 100% satisfied with service, products and price.The sales lady Donna that helped us was awesome. She was very knowledgeable, patient and had a great attitude. If ever I need another piece of furniture I will definitely be calling Donna at Mattress Max. Thank you Mattress Max and Donna.

If you need a mattress Mattress Max is the place to go. I had a problem with the mattress I initially selected. I contacted them in person, explained the problem. I was not met with "I'm sorry we can't do that or we aren't able to help you". Instead they said let's see what we can do for you. Clarence was very helpful in exchanging one mattress for another. He also made arrangements for me to receive the exchange on the same day. Thanks Mattress MAX and my hat is off to Clarence and his staff.

Mattress Max Is an awesome place to buy quality furniture! We always get a great deal and have purchased several pieces of furniture here since 2013.
