I was taking a walk with my kids, and the very nice worker here not only opened the door to help us in (I was pulling a wagon), but he also offered the kids free little slushie cups! Great service.

I have two bills in my possession, one dated 5/3/2020 that says my subscription expires on 5/29/2020; a second dated 5/7/2020 that says my subscription EXPIRED on 4/26/2020. These criminals sent two bills within 1 business day of another. The second bill caused a $9.00 billing fee to be activated which backed up the subscription end date by over a month. Funny thing is 5/3 bill arrived to my house on 5/19 and the 5/7 bill arrived on 5/20. When I called to cancel the subscription you had the GAUL to tell me I owed you $20+. And you wonder why I cancelled my subscription and refused to pay the requested amount. Your caring about your subscribers ended a long time ago, and now my subscription ends as well.

This paper use to care about it service to the community. In the last 5-10 years it has really declined in customer service and satisfaction. I know that they are trying to go all digital and no longer be a hard copy paper, but in our area we have alot of elderly with health conditions. My mother has taken the Herald for over 60 years and is 81 yrs old and deaf. She enjoys her paper. half the time she doesn't get a paper or they throw it out in the drive in the rain and will
