Came in get a couple pair of shoes and never was approached by an employee for help! Another customer was standing at the register and he finally gave up and walked out!

I wish I could give ZERO stars!!! It's so shamefull to have a manager in your store, representing your company...stay on your timeclock just to disrupt business at another store in the Westgate Mall and use profanity because her 15 year old daughter couldn't get or have her way. If this is the person who represents your company, then I feel sorry so your company! Coming to another store and disrupting business and trying to fight an employee and a male customer is completely unacceptable and unethical! This employee is beyond saving with training. The police were called and mall security had to ban her from the store. She behaved like an animal! I will have mall management reach out to corporate and I will be posting the video of her acting uncivilized. And yes, there is footage that someone took of the altercation. I need a direct line to someone ASAP! This does not look good and I know for a fact that she was on the clock. Mall security confirmed it. Disrespectful and ridiculous!!! This makes Westgate mall looks bad as a whole.

Just walked in here to find wife some shoes and grandson a hoodie. 5 employees and 4 of them where playing on there phones. Had to ask for help.... Plus the music is just a little to high.

The store was well staffed. The staff was interactive and helpful. They were cooperative during my exchange and purchase. They smiled and showed my tween great customer service. I have served in client/customer service over 30 years and it is one thing to treat ppl how you desire to be treated and then just genuine love and kindness. People aren't always shown that side of humanity in their daily lives. So its a great thing being cultivated through manners, respect and kindness through customer service care. Thanks Snipes.

Jimmy Jazz at WestGate Mall in Spartanburg is a great place to go for cool shoes and clothing. I really like their selection and have been impressed with all of the purchases that I have made from here.
