Get there for our 1 o'clock appointment. Having an appointment made no difference, they still did it in walk in order. We were there for 4 hours! It was almost 5pm when we left! We have plans and places to be! Then it's the most expensive tax return I have ever had.

Bc they weren't there when I needed them an got audited an didn't know what to do an they still wasn't in office an one office was open an lady still wouldn't help...and to top it all off I still haven't got my taxes....I filed march 8th...its now Jan 2022
