Been going here for years, always friendly and fast. Much cheaper than other places in the area. Recently got my brakes fixed and my oil changed and it was super fast.

During a time when finding a mechanic and repair shop that you can trust, J&V Auto has been an Angel on my shoulder. They have never over charged me for any service and has made my 2003 Dodge Ram truck run like new. What makes them great is how they quote, repair and give a final price that didn't go up from the original quote and best of all has always been less than I was expecting in total cost from the start. I have even tipped them more for being such a breath of fresh air in this world when a breakdown was the last thing I needed. I will never take my vehicle to another place. This place is a rip off. We had been doing business with this company for a long time. They told us we needed a new engine for my husbands truck. We paid them $3000 for the replacement of engine and repairs. A few months later the truck started having problems. I took it to the dealership to only find out we still had the original engine in the truck. The dealership ran a check on the serial number on the engine it came back as the original engine that was put in the truck. They were very dishonest and stole our money. I would not recommend this company to anyone. DO NOT GO THERE FOR BUSINESS

Hi. We were in Spartanburg today and I had something wrong with my front bumper, so this plastic thingy was scraping the road. We needed to get back up the mountains to NC later today, and we were pretty sure that we would end up getting a wrecker and maybe even spending the night somewhere. I took a chance and called J and V. They said to bring it in and they could fix it. We did have to drive about a mile to their place with this thing still scraping, and we only waited a few minutes before they completely fixed the whole thing. We were so relieved and they only charged $20 (but we paid $30). We are ever so grateful and are back home tonight in NC. Thank, guys!!
