Love the staff at this pharmacy!!! Everyone is so nice and go out of there way to actually help you. I've only been using them for a couple of months now but within like the 1st month they had memorized who I am and will tell me as I stand waiting in line that my prescription is ready!!

Never really have a problem at any other Ingles, but this one. They said I couldn't cash my FedEx check because people use fraudulent checks. I don't know if I was profiled or not but literally went to a different Ingles and they cashed it.

Best choice of gluten-free foods in the city if you are celiac or gluten-free! All else is average to above average for a grocery store.

Overall its a great store but the Deli is disappointing. The food is never fresh or prepped so when they run out of food you'll be waiting a while for them to refill anything. I went around lunch time, which I assumed they'd have more options, but I guess not.

I would not recommend that anyone use this store. A friend of mine was assaulted in this store. The night manager, Colton W. saw the attack told the attacker to leave the store. The store does not have adequate camera protection and they will not even pay for the hundreds of dollars of medical bills that have to be paid.The store manager does not seem to care and wasn't very helpful. My friend was taken to the ER by EMS and needed MRI, cosmetic surgeon, dental work, etc.Not even a kind word, the corporate office told him it was not responsible for any costs.Shop somewhere else if you care about your safety. This happened at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night.....shame...shame.

This review is for the Starbucks. On Sunday evening January 30, 2022 around 5:30 pm .I approached the Starbucks with nobody in line and one person waiting for their drink. As I waited at the register to order the two young ladies working in the Starbucks we're having a personal conversation. They glanced over at me didn't acknowledge me or greet me and continued with their loud conversation laughing and continuing to talk. After standing there for awhile I began to wonder if Starbucks was open and maybe they were just back there cleaning or finishing up. The lights and signs indicated they were in fact open so I stood there continuing to wait. After about 3-4 minutes they paused their talking enough to take my order. Then as one girl made the drink the other one began the yell " oh there's something in my eye " and asked the other girl making drinks to stop and get the particle out of her eye. She stopped making drinks pulled down her mask and began to blow in her coworkers eye . This is happening while making drinks in the middle of a pandemic. She said oh it's not coming out then she started to use her finger to help get the particle out of her coworkers eye. Finally the particle was out of her coworkers eye and she continued back to making drinks. She didn't wash her hands. After being disgusted I took my drink and just threw it away. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. These two should not be anywhere near food and drink prep. I will be reporting this health code violation.

As I was walking in 2 black boys were gathering shopping carts slowly and 3rd one was on the way to them. It took me 10 min to buy what I need, I came out and there was NO ROOM TO LEAVE MY SHOPPING CARTS!!! If u r payed, WORK please! Not enough? Quit go get a better paying job but don't make other black ppl look bad!!!

Right off of i26, the location is super convenient. We stopped for gas and a quick bite for lunch. They have so many choices. The Starbucks there was such a waste of time, with repeated order confirmations and an incorrect order.The lunch options for food were abundant though! They had pressed sushi, pizza made to order, fried chicken basket meals, Chinese food, and freshly cut and made cold cut sandwiches. They sell boars head and they're not afraid to pile in the meat and toppings. Great sandwich!

Horrible store layout. Barely space for one cart to get through most isles, especially if staff are restocking shelves. Staff are very inconsiderate of shoppers and block the isle and do not attempt to try and move out of the way. Had to take the long way around to get to the end of several isles. Baggers are very wasteful, placed one item per bag on multiple occasions. Ingles is my grocery store of choice, but I will not be returning to this location.
