The car wash was busy. The attendant that took my instruction was friendly. Other than that, service has gone down hill. I still had stains on the door panels and leaves and pine needles in the seal gaskets in the sunroof and the hatchback.will be hiring a detailer next time.

This is the third time I have brought my car here and had to go back over it. They did not cleanbehind my third row at all. I pointed it out and they half cleaned it. Everytime I come here, I sit in the parking lot afterwards and clean my car with my own wipes. I purchased the most expensive VIP service and there is nothing VIP about it. I will not return because when I called them to talk to them about it, they just hung up on me.

They do a very nice job. I did the ultimate wash twice. That's an exterior and interior. The interior clean took more than a half hour with numerous individuals working on it, but they did a very good job. They do have a senior discount on Tuesdays which I didn't find out about until after I paid for the first car on Monday

Hwy 29 Car Wash never fails to impress me with their outstanding service. Every time I visit, they go above and beyond to ensure my car looks immaculate. The attention to detail is remarkable, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. Stood outside Dunkin after getting a coffee to watch the workers. Apparently using a pool brush to scrub the dirty paint from bottom to top is the new method. They should open a paint correction shop next door.
Edit for the owner. I detailed professionally for three years. Even a basic car person knows that a brush doesn't go on paint. I personally watched your workers scrub bottom to top, ensuring the most dirt possible gets ground into the paint. But hey, profit, right?

I just paid $53.85 to get a “V.I.P” car wash at HWY 29 CARWASH & DETAIL. The young man that did my wheels and tires, did ALL 4 in 1 minute 52 seconds - I timed him - then he went and sat down in a chair, in the shade, and started thumbing his phone screen. Two other detailers worked on my cars interior for another 8 minutes. They did a pretty decent job but missed a few things that should’ve been cleaned. The wheels and tires really make me angry, ESPECIALLY, with that young man only spending 20 or so seconds on each one.
The other 3 times i’ve been here this summer, I just got the basic wash, and got the exact same finished product. I expected that though with the basic package, not the V.I.P package.
His VERY POOR job on the wheels and tires got the tip - for the whole crew - cut way down. $15 down to $3. Just being honest!
Back to PARR’S I go.

I've given this place 3-4 tries now so I feel it's time for a review.
If you're looking for a basic wash, this place is passable.
But there is no reason to pay for any package outside of basic because all your going to get is the basic.
Each time I've been I've left having to go home and touch up the car and clean things that should've been cleaned.
This last time I paid $52.00 for the "best".
1. The lady at the checkout couldn't even tell me what I was getting with that. She tried calling someone else to find out and still couldn't tell me so I was paying $52 and didn't know what to expect.
2. When I left, I had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies so I could go home and finish the job. Dust still on the dash, smudges on the dash and steering wheel, the trunk wasn't even vacuumed. Spots and smears still on the windows, hair and dirt still in the seats. Etc.
Do NOT waste your money here unless you want a basic wash.
I think they're focused on volume since they're in a busy and convenient area so they don't even pay attention to which package you've paid for. Each car gets the same basic clean even though you pay different prices.
Better off going somewhere else.

What a rip off I feel like I just threw money away. Called to complain no vacuum half way washed the widows. doors, dash just as dusty as it was when I came in. Only gave one star because that's the least I can post don't waste your time and money......
