The staff has the best customer service, patience and friendliness. Trying on and ordering several styles and sizes of shoes just to find the perfect shoe for me and did it all with a smile on their face. I can happily say I have finally found a great shoe for the gym thanks to Hub City Runners and their staff.

We are new to the exercise arena but plan on walking/jogging in some 5k’s and 10k’s. We had been looking for the right shoes. Didn’t know a store existed for runners. We found Hub City Runners only 1 mile from our house. The owner is awesome, she takes the time to listen, scans your feet and puts you in the best shoe. They even put on running/walking events. If you’re looking to get the best shoes for walking, running or simply wearing I highly recommend you visit them.

The store is well-organized and beautifully designed, creating a pleasant and stress-free shopping experience. The quality of the shoes is exceptional, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Hub City Runners for anyone in search of top-notch footwear and outstanding customer service. Jill has helped my entire family with vacation walking shoes. She also took great care of my mom who is a cancer survivor and have to be more selective with her shoe choices. It's my go-to destination for my entire family shoe needs!

Hub city is my go to place for running and exercise shoes. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The store has an incredible selection of top brand running shoes and anything else exercise related you need.

Shoe shopping is usually difficult for me, but the ladies here helped me find a perfect pair of shoes for crosstraining. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and kind– even in the face of me needing to try like 7 different pairs hahah. No pressure to purchase anything I didn’t want or need! I definitely had a very positive experience and would recommend it to anyone in need of good athletic shoes.
