“I wanted to write a huge thank you to the staff at Tru by Hilton in Spartanburg. I left my iPad in the room and the front desk manager and staff searched for me, finally finding it in the laundry room. They were extremely patient with me and I truly appreciate it!”

“Best room and the cleanest room we’ve stayed at in many months. This last year we’ve been on the road from Alaska to all points in south U.S.A. So, we’ve had many stays at hotels.”

“Don't want to penalize them for renovating so I gave them five stars because there's service / hospitality was very good. There is an issue however with maid service on a Tuesday housekeeping did not give us a fresh set of towels nor did the house person/ hospitality even check in about my second day. We did go to the desk we were given a set of fresh towels.”

“Formally known as Howard Johnson is know Quality Inn and they are currently in the process of remodeling all their rooms.... I stayed in 1 of their newly renovated rooms and I was definitely pleased with all the upgrades implemented to modernize the rooms.... Only thing I was a little disappointed about is that they didn't have any sort of amenities shop other then 1 vending soda machine.... However I'd definitely recommend this Quality Inn for anyone looking for a newly upgraded room at a fair price and great location sitting just off I-26...”

“First time staying here. I waited a minute at check in because it was shift change and the two desk ladies were talking. I'm assuming it was the GM who stepped in and said to get me checked in. I handed the lady my wallet for my ID and she laid it by her computer. She handed me my keys and told me to enjoy my stay. Then she proceeded to talk to another guess about her eyelashes. I'm waiting patiently for my wallet. She looks up and sees me still standing there with an inquisitive look on her face. I asked if I could have my wallet back. Very apologetic. After all that, I went to my room. Very nice. Roomy. Very clean. I forgot to get room pictures. After unpacking, I went and found the smoking area and the pool. (Opposite ends of the hotel) I swam for about 45 minutes. Had the pool to myself the whole time. There were numerous flying ants in the pool but they left me alone. I was surprised the AC worked as good as it did. No complaints about the room. Unfortunately I didn't get to try their breakfast. It's a small area and was quite crowded with road workers eating and filling up there travel mugs with coffee. Needless to say, I didn't get my coffee. A great experience and will definitely be back.”

“Came to visit family over my Thanksgiving break. The customer service was amazing. Very accompanying for parents and the late check in and leave times are convenient. My room was a little gross. The basic cleaning jobs were done but under the counters in the bathroom and areas around the furniture were really gross. But we spent most of the day out of the hotel so we lived with it. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere which we were appreciative of, especially with being out of town. The rooms are not very soundproof, which made me paranoid because my children are younger and cry loud and we don't like to disturb others when they're having a meltdown.Rooms: Small, could be cleaned better, have a microwave/fridge/desk/basic hotel essentialsSafety: The elevator was rickety feeling.Food & drinks: The hotel provides coffee and water and has vending machines and a concession stand available. Breakfast was served with basic breakfast essentials like waffles/sausage/eggs/breads etc.”

“I really felt very welcomed at the Sleep Inn. Staff was very caring and courteous to me my needs at the time. Smiles and Greetings were given day and night by the Staff. They treated me like I was family. They are an awesome group of people. They made sure I had everything I needed during my stay there. Very kind and generous people are there. Heather was so sweet to me. She explained how everything went while staying there on a daily basis. She treated me as if I were her mom. Ms.Vanessa and Ms. Glenda, Heather and Amber always no matter what my situation was, no matter what time it was day or night greeted me with common courtesy and their beautiful smiles. Each and everyone treat you there with Dignity and Respect. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during the fire that took place at my home. I am truly Blessed that's for sure.Noteworthy details: I could go on and on and probably write a book about the past few weeks I was there but instead I'll just say I am very grateful and Blessed. I wouldn't have expected to gain a daughter and a wonderful group of Angels to have enter my life during this time. I am feeling very loved, respected and Blessed. If ever you need a place to stay please go here to the Sleep Inn. You will not be sorry you did!”
