I recently purchase Jordan 12 retro cherry. First time purchasing shoes from this particular Hibbett and I must say they have sent this store all the rejects. The shoes was poorly poorly made glue was everywhere and the stitching was horribly. I wasn’t pleased at all since I had to return for refund and knowing how hard it would be to repurchase.

The staff is never professional but they usually have what I'm looking for in sporting equipment. They have some decent clothing but not a great selection on anything. Customer service training is long overdue at this location.

I purchased a pair of tennis shoes for my daughter online and they were too small so I took them to the store for the same exact shoe but a half size up and they charged me 15 more dollars. The employees nor the person at customer service could not explain why and did nothing to fix it. Very disappointing!

Hibbett sports did sell sporting equipment. It's in there name. Now they have changed gears and turned into a fashion store. Straight out employee mouth.. poor business strategie for this company. No need for my business any longer.

The only reason i am giveing this store 5 stars is because dougie The team lead for delivery an pick yu haa went above and beyond to make sure that my order was correct for my son because the system is a little wacky and we had some issues he took some hours out of his day to track down and make sure everything was correct I really appreciate his help because I have been calling the store for 3 and 1/2 hours to 4 hours and could not get no answer through the switchboard or customer service but he made sure to call us back and make sure our order was delivered correctly our car is currently not working and he went out of his way again which we really appreciate

Always rude. Terrible management. I’ve used them twice in five years. Both times got screwed. Spend your money elsewhere where they care more for customers.
