I was referred to heads up auto I really like to place the ladies in the front as you come in are beautiful. The place is clean and the one thing that I really like about the place is that they work on Volkswagen so if you own a Volkswagen they do really good work there, go check them out

Gave vehicle a thorough check. Main issue was air bag suspension. It was corrected and rides smoothly again.
Looks like a good local place to take my vehicles for repair.

2008 Mercedes GL450 not communicating with scanner. Chris correctly stated that this is probably due to water damage. After some deliberation I asked him to dig in and sure enough water had come through the firewall down into the footwell and entered the "bathtub" beneath the driver's seat where Mercedes places the sensitive electronic equipment. The tech found a corroded central gateway and damaged wiring. They replaced the gateway repaired the wiring and the beast lives once more. The tech went further and did a complete inspection identifying other issues that will need addressing. Appreciate the professional staff and the attention to detail--highly recommend.

GREAT group to rely on if you have a European import car. They analyzed my engine problem, and were transparent and thorough in solving it. My experience was that I was treated respectfully and more than fairly by the Heads-Up team. They went the extra mile. I recommend them highly, without reservation.

Dropped Mini off at 0830 for oil change and a warning light on. Didn't hear back all day and decided to go back to the shop at around 1530 as I figured it should have been finished before noon. To my surprise it was not. They apologized and explained they had been running behind all day. Although annoyed, I work in a similar profession and know that machines don't always cooperate so nothing was said. I waited and the car was ready in about 45 minutes. The next step is what earns the 5 stars. They told me my car was ready and I went up to pay. They decided to comp me the oil change due to my inconvenience. That's customer service and has earned them my business moving forward. Previous service has been nothing short of outstanding as well.

Second time to do the service at here. They will do all inspection and record by photos and also provide professional advice. They know how to do the service and how to fix the issue, much more professional than the dealer!

The most down to earth, caring and comprehensive crew i’ve met. Chris took me in after my 2012 100k mile 3-series broke down and his shop was the only one around and open at 2 o’clock on a Friday. His team tried to diagnose the problem and get me out to continue my trip with a simple fix. Although the issue required more digging, the communication and thoroughness of everyone at this shop was top notch. The way he explains the issue, his plan and details the expectations and setbacks of his work is better than some politicians!! Cannot recommend them enough.

Chris and his team did a fantastic job with my 2007 Mini Cooper S!
