Went in today to get a pair of boots for work. I felt like I was being accused of trying to steal when I was looking at boots. There was a older gentleman back by the boots that kept walking back and forth by me when I was looking at boots and when I would try them on he would stand at the end of the isle or right next to me with his arms folded and stare. When I would look at another pair of boots on the shelf I could see him peeking around the corner watching me. I was not the only person looking at boots. The entire time I was in the boot area he didn’t once talk to the other people. He would only watch me. The only person that gave great customer service was the young lady at the register. I felt I was being singled out from everybody in the store. I want to support a local/family owned business. But if that’s the way customers are going to be treated its a real shame.

If you want someone who knows and understands boots, go see Joe. Incredibly knowledgeable and knows his craft but friendly and wants the best for the customer. Thank you, Joe. I’ll be back.

One of the workers there just stood on the bottom of the aisle and watch me and my 13 yr old sister look at the shoes. Just because we black doesn't mean we here to steal. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
Update: The store Manager and Owner call and gave me an apology for this situation and a way how to resolve the issue. Sometimes all it take is real customer service from genuine people.
