The sales rep was extremely friendly and helpful with helping me find the perfect walking shoe! She took her time, measured my feet, evaluated my foot placement as I walked, and let me take my time on a selection. I first thought the shoes were a bit pricey, but after looking at other sellers (including Amazon) I realized the shoes are competitively priced. Highly recommend if you’re serious about comfort when exercising.

What an awesome experience! I believe the salesperson was Bryce, and he was GREAT! Helped me get fit for shoes and what would feel "right" for me because everyone is different.
Incredibly knowledgeable on the 5 different shoes I tried on and knew all of the differences & similarities between the shoes.
Incredibly helpful and I would HIGHLY recommend Bryce & Gotta Run Spartanburg! Rocking some New Balance 860's now! ?

Was looking for a shoe that could double as my everyday shoe and running shoe. The worker who helped me out seemed to genuinely be looking for the right shoe for me. I did not feel rushed nor like they were trying to sell me there most expensive shoe. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.

This place is great. I am a new runner and I got help with a biomechanical assessment to see exactly what shoe I need. The option toactually run in the shoes for a second is really nice. Staff is friendly, knowledge, all without being condescending. Military discount available, 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Definitely stop in here before you go try your luck else where.

I walked in and immediately said “I’m gonna need help” and Ray was on top of it! I explained what my goal was with the shoes I wanted to purchase and he got me measured, watched my walk, asked questions like if I had any areas that experience pain when I’m walking or what type of cushioning I prefer and then proceeded to give me four different options to test out based on the information given. He took his time and didn’t make me feel pressured or rushed. I hadn’t even left the store yet and I was texting a friend to recommend this place.
