Today I had an appointment for a oil change. When I walked in the building I had to greet the guy at the front (believe his name was JoJo), he did not greet me coming in the door and as a customer service manager, of course that was red flag #1. Then in the middle of my car being serviced, the same guy came to tell me my tires were in really bad shape and I needed new ones, I personally know my tires are not brand new but definitely still had some life to them! I declined the idea of new tires and stated I was only needing an oil change today. He rudely walked away, then went to the back to talk to the guy that was servicing my car (immediately made me feel as if he went back there on some “messy business” with my car). So, he comes back and tells me my car is ready. I asked him were all fluids checked and top off if needed, and he said “yes everything but the transmission because with your car, the transmission fluid can’t be checked”, once again I knew that was a lie because I have had my transmission checked before and even checked it myself before Being that I’ve had my car since 2020. I immediately corrected him that wasn’t true and then he came back and said “oh that’s my mistake”. “Yes, your transmission was checked.” just seemed odd of all things he made a point to lie to me and tell me my transmission wasn’t checked or messed with and instantly from the car shop to my home, less than 5 miles away my car drove very strangely. My RPMs kept going really high and my car making a weird noise, a noise that it was not making an hour earlier prior to me taking my car there for an oil change. I would love to speak with a head manager concerning this issue and how we can resolve it Because I have spoke with another mechanic since leaving there and was told that seemed like a transmission problem with my RPMs raising really high like that. Just seems mighty strange that’s exactly what he told me they didn’t do, but once I corrected him told me that they did check my transmission . Nothing is adding up and I am not happy.

Was on a road trip and caught a flat. They fit me in within 30 minutes and had me out the door within an hour. Friendly and fast service. They even threw in a remote battery I needed with the repairs. Highly recommend.

We where referred to Goodyear by our car dealership because they didn't have anything thing available for three weeks and also because it was covered by our mechanical insurance. These guys went above and beyond to get the job done. Jo-jo is just top notch on what he had to do to get me my car back before the end of the day and it being a Friday on top of that. Between fighting with our ins company and trying to figure out what was wrong our vehicle he went above the task at hand and totally helped me get through this ordeal. I would absolutely recommend to bring your vehicle to these guys. Thank you to this Goodyear location.

Do no recommend at all. Had to drop off my vehicle to have tire patched and specifically asked for it to be patched 2 different occasions. Took 3.5 hours and they plugged my tire instead of patching as well as they did not balance it correctly which now I have to take it to be fixed again somewhere else. Very frustrating. Do not waste your time and money.

We brought in our truck and left it with them. They investigated the problem and realized they couldn't fix it. We picked it up next day at no charge. Very nice and honest!!
