When asked about the add on the door that I came in for was told they don’t want to honor it because it’s at the managers discretion…. It was a bogo 50% off laptop deal. I even choose one that’s been sitting for a while and the cheapest one on the shelf to get the discount on…..

Worst customer service ever . I guess I interrupted the girl who works there conversation so she basically acted as though she couldn't give me service and was rude . Obviously the conversation with her guy friend visiting was more important . Don't go here so unprofessional .

Went in to get help with a purchase I made from the store. I explained to them what was wrong with it and what I need to do to get the problem fixed. He automatically assumed I wanted to return it. I had to visit another one of their pawn shops and they were more helpful than the original people I bought it from. The device has the wrong charger which caused the problem with the device. Go to the other locations cause the ones that work at this location are not helpful worth a damn!!!!

I wanna first of all give a big shout out to Nick and everybody who work at First Pawn, they are by far the best pawn shop in Spartanburg County. They are straight to the point and if you got something worth selling there they will work to ensure you get a good deal , it's neat and clean, excellent customer service. I am glad I went there.

They have pretty good reasonable prices on items their video game collection is small but they do offer layaway if you need it

Have brought in several items that costed more then what they would ever offer! Was fine with it and sold them the items what they offered me. I came back several times as a repeat! This one time I was trying to sell this one item they tried knocking the price down on. It was a car tire air pump I had! Claimed that it was missing a battery, but when I looked up a vid of the product I was selling, it never came with a battery to begin with! Pump ran off from cigarette port 12 volts and could be plugged into a wall. Vid of pump brand new coming out of box never showed a battery and the guy on the vid clearly said does not come with battery! So I went in and showed them hoping to get what they said they would give me for it if it was all complete. They denied me long story short they’ll claim anything to throw your price off! Love to see that’s how we do repeat customers. Never selling or shopping here again same for my friends!
