Went looking for a pair of shoes that my daughter wanted, which we had been everywhere with no luck. A young girl was working, and was very rude and not any help. Everyone in that store was no help, and when your paying that much for a pair of shoes. You shouldn't be treated this way. Will not visit this store again.

The young lady working was more interested in her cell phones than helping a customer and had a really bad attitude. I asked to try on a pair of shoes, and I was giving the ONE off the display. When I asked if I could try on both shoes, she acted like it upset her and gave me one shoe from a different set to try on with the display shoe. I didn't buy anything from her but instead made my purchase at Foot locker. She lost that store a 200 plus dollar sale.

Tried to buy a pair of $90 Nike shoes for my son and got charged 193. My card wouldn’t process the transaction thank god. This place is a scam!

I ordered some shoes online and they got here and was cut to small called and talk to the manager before going and he assured me he can help with my exchanged.....It was my first time going to this mall and 3 young ladies help me find the store( thanks) but David who seemed to be in training help me as soon as I got in asking questions and giving me info but nevertheless Frank did a Good job as the Manager and fixing my problem and ordered my Jordans I wanted ......Great Store for me and they are honestly doing there job......Thanks for the Excellent Service Fam.... ?
