Very rude and unwelcoming staff. Computer keyboard didn’t work & staff was like well we close on 10 minutes sooo.

Terrible customer service. The guy was rude and rolling his eyes at me and arguing with me the whole time. Not helpful whatsoever. I will be going to ups from now on. Get another job if you hate yours so much.

I've been meaning to give this place a review for years. Literally. I've been going here consistently for years for various different print jobs and the staff is really nice. Great customer service every time. Not sure what the negative reviews are for. I would highly recommend them if you need something printed or customized. I've personally delt with everyone there and I've never had a bad experience.

I was treated terrible when just trying to get my package, had to show a lease just get to my package.. That staff needs more training and should treat people fair and with respect regardless of what they look like. You would think in 2024, things wouldn’t be this way. Pathetic.

Justin blew me off to print out a set of plans i emailed them earlier and really needed for next morning, i was in the office before they closed and he said he wont do it because he has to close office. Never coming back again. Justin go get another job u suck!
