FedEx is absolutely terrible. Even when packages show up it's almost night time. Now I have a package that kept getting delayed 3 days in a row after saying out for delivery every day and now on the last day it just magically stays out for delivery all night and never made it back to the warehouse. I've called twice and they supposedly have an investigation open but 2 days later and I still haven't had a call back about the investigation or where my package disappeared to. If I could've chose not to have it shipped with FedEx I would have but it didn't give me a choice and this is exactly why I try to avoid having anything shipped through FedEx

FedEx left my package at the wrong address 2 day’s ago and I still do not know where my package is! They said they would notify me within 24-48 hours! I had to call them and they still have no idea where my bed frame is and I cannot talk to a real person!
I have contacted the seller with Amazon where I bought it from and now I have another 48 hour wait before I can hopefully find out where it is! This is unprofessional, unethical and unacceptable service from a company that allegedly has high standards!
I asked the company that I ordered the bed frame from to please never ship me anything else using FedEx!!! I had rather pay a higher rate and get it from someone who can deliver my products to me at my address!
Today, FedEx said that they still cannot find where the driver delivered our bed frame to and it’s already been paid for!!! I will never use FedEx again!!!!!
If I could give them a zero star rating, I definitely would!!!!!

FedEx had my package on the delivery truck since 6:22am scheduled to be delivered between 10am - 2pm, the driver never came. FedEx then updates the delivery to the end of day (8pm), the driver never came nor was there any explanation of why my package spent 8+ hours on a delivery truck and no attempt at delivery was made. Now my package is late, it almost seems like my package was deliberately undelivered because I spoke with several representatives on a recorded line and none of them offered any explanation as to why an attempt for delivery was never made when the package was on the truck since 6:22am. I even called customer service and requested that the package be held since fedex initially never attempted to deliver on the scheduled day and fedex still loaded the package on the truck for redelivery.Thank goodness for tracking info and home surveillance video for situations like these. By far the worst experience I’ve had with a shipping company, I’d rather use USPS.

Whenever I have a delivery by FedEx I never receive it because some driver working for a company that contracts with them refuses to sack down my driveway. If you ask me he shouldn’t be doing that job as apparently he’s not qualified.

Terrible, Air package to be delivered by 11AM, they CHANGED it to 8pm and I talked to 3 people on the phone who could care less.... we needed it during business hours .

Bad they won’t give me my package. I’ve been trying for a couple days to get my package. They said they would come after four they show up when I’m not here. I try to go get my package. They won’t let me come and get it and sign for it., don’t get nothing. That FedEx is going to bring it’ll take you a while to get it Only reason I give one star is because it won’t let me post it without doing that

I was trying to schedule a pickup for my warehouse because we did not get a pickup on Good Friday and the trailer is full. No one was any help I had a few employees call 3 representatives later still no help. My Hispanic employees called and used the Spanish-speaking services and were told someone was coming today after the other tried to say their operation was closed for today even though their holiday list says they are open today. We also kept getting transferred to freight even though it was ground and we stated that numerous times.

Awful place to work. Job posting says 401k, medical, dental but it's a lie. They are contractors and try to squeeze every penny out of FedEx at the expense of their workforce. Trucks are not maintained and are need of repair. If you are unhappy with FedEx in Spartanburg area, don't blame the driver. His/Her job is just a 1/2 step above Burger King. Try UPS or DHL instead.

Employee Review!I’ve read a lot of other reviews and I’ve worked there since 2019. FedEx has a goal and that’s for all Package Handlers to move up in some way! I strongly believe the ones who gave bad reviews didn’t stay long enough to move up and earn the respect to be where others are! You can’t do bare minimum and expect to be the boss one day!I’ve seen more people leave and quit because they thought they were overseen as a worker when in fact Fedex forces you to apply for positions and always reapply for said position and keep in touch with your manager to get help with doing so. So many people think after week two they are entitled to be the first to get the training position rather than someone who’s been there for 8 months. They hire within, so moving up is on you! Not them. (They only pick depending on performance, attendance, and how you handle “peak”. Only people who get fired are the ones who No call No show, and the ones who steal!This job isn’t for the weak, it’s loading and unloading 53ft TRAILERS! Keep that in mind because so many people think otherwise and then run and complain. You can move up fast and get lots of benefits. It’s got great people and amazing opportunities! If you can handle a HARDWORKING job it’s for you, but if you can’t lift a packages that’s 50 lbs relatively with zero complaints then Amazon would be best for you.

**FedEx Employee Review**I wanted to take a moment to provide my insights on my experience with FedEx, and I must say, my time here has been truly eye-opening and unique.Throughout my journey, I couldn't help but notice the distinct lack of attention given to employee concerns and well-being. It's intriguing to witness an organization prosper while inadvertently overlooking the very individuals who contribute to its success.The company's management approach, or rather lack thereof, showcases an interesting perspective on leadership. The manner in which employee feedback seems to disappear into a black hole raises questions about the value placed on open communication.In terms of acknowledging hard work and dedication, FedEx certainly has its own style. The consistent scarcity of recognition or even a simple acknowledgment leaves a lasting impression on the level of employee appreciation.What's truly astonishing is the consistency in delivering experiences that fall below expectations. From the vagueness surrounding job responsibilities to the limited avenues for professional advancement, FedEx has certainly mastered the art of creating an environment that keeps employees guessing.In conclusion, my time at FedEx has been quite the adventure, an experience that leaves a lasting impression of indifference and disregard. It’s a shining example of a company that thrives in spite of its mismanagement.
