Even though it says a ship site location they do not have the ability to print a label from a QR code. Rating them 1 start be she they should have it!

I walked in with a FedEx return and was helped immediately by the most friendly gentleman. I assumed I would have to buy a box to put my return in but the gentleman there made my original shipping bag work for me!!! They were so helpful and I was in and out in under 5 minutes on a Saturday afternoon!! Great folks there!

DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE DEPOT TO SHIP PACKAGES. Worst experience from start to finish. Needed a package sent overnight, but this office Depot. site didn't give the package to fedex until the following night. Became a huge issue for me. The worst customer service by Office Depot. employee. She was on her phone the whole time and had the worst attitude and annoyed I was shipping something out of their store.

So I've never had an experience with FedEx but they were supposed to ship my package from rock auto to my door and I learned upon an email they take a photo of where they leave it well they left it at a set of red steps that don't seem to even belong to one in my neighborhood I have grey steps and a yellow door the steps you left my rotors at were red you see my frustrations here it's parts for my truck until i get them im oout of being able to get to work
