The worst service I have ever experienced
Ebony was very rude. She don’t have any idea how to take returns contacted manager took 10 to 15 minutes to take return item and behaved extremely rude.
Manager should take extreme action on her.

I very seldom need the services of Fed X but when I do they are really on it! I had to return a package to Amazon via. Fed X. I entered their store and was delighted to be immediately engaged with helpful and competent staff! How refreshing was this? It felt fantastic to be a valued customer! Unlike my experiences with USPS; I was made to feel welcome and not like an intrusion on an otherwise perfect day! I'm not saying that USPS is not friendly and helpful but FED X has really upped the ante when it comes down to customer service! I most certainly recommend them for an efficient and professional shipping performance! Great Job Folks!

I just went into FedEx in Spartanburg SC. I had called FedEx the day before as to what the cost of my package would cost to send and they told me approximately $17. As soon as I walked into the store the staff was arrogant and rude to me. They refused to use the box I had which was an excellent hard sturdy box. They wanted to charge me for a new box and told me it was $140 to send the package! I told them there was no way that should be that expensive as I had called before I came. Their customer service was absolutely awful. How can you call and then they tell you a whole different price when you get there! I drove to UPS where customer service was exceptional and who took my box without question. They only charged me $27. I will never use FedEx again and neither will the person that's getting the package, nor any of my friends and family'! They're awful! FedEx is an unethical rip off company!

They don't post anything about 2 hours of senior time (2x more than Walmart and more than they did early in the pandemic before vaccines were available to all who wanted one!). They post a grumpy worker outside the store to turn people away. Then when you came back 15 minutes later the same grumpy attended gets upset when you get in the wrong unposted line. I'm sorry I didn't know what side I was supposed to line up on when there are no signs! Communication is not their strong suit.

It's always such a pleasure coming in to this location. They always get you in it out as fast as possible and are always very welcoming. Hands down my #1 place in town to get things printed fast.

Last i checked this location hasnt been a fedex, yall need to fix ur maps. This is a Walgreens, has been for at least 5 years that ive been home from the military.

This is my second bad experience with the Spartanburg store. The first was shipping an overnight document to Atlanta. It arrived a week later due to weather advisory from the ice storms. The front desk person did not mention anything about weather delays. In fact they offered and sold me, expedited guaranteed early AM delivery. Had to contact customer service in Memphis to finally get a refund one month later. Second bad experience was a recent international package overseas. Be cautioned, even though you must complete declaration forms for everything in the package at the FedEx store before shipping, the front desk people know nothing about customs requirements for individual countries. Once again a higher price was offered and sold, for quicker delivery. My package never cleared customs. It was returned to me. The telephone customer service rep says FedEx bears no responsibility for anything not clearing customs. $175 wasted and so far no response from customer service in Memphis headquarters. Beware that due to COVID, FedEx states on their website, delays are beyond their control; refunds or credits will not be honored during the epidemic. The sales people at the FedEx stores will NOT tell you this. My advice is to use UPS for parcels and USPS for documents.

Useless without a pre printed label. Should be called Fedex Partial service.
