Do not take your car to this place. They will charge you just to look at the vehicle with the physical eye. They are rude and will have you sitting without any updates on your vehicle for an hour. This place is dirty and nasty. The guy at the front desk is so loud and rude. I do not advise anyone to take their vehicle to this place

Brought my family vehicle in for a po302 and po202. Cylinder misfire and injector circuit open. After 2 hours the replaced injector and cleared the codes. I got a mile down the road and my vehicle threw the same codes. (I have a real time scanner in the obd2 port) I took it back and told the owner, who has a definite Napoleon complex, it was not fixed. He then tried to tell me he replaced cylinder one injector and now it needs cylinder 2 injector replaced. I advised him that is what was replaced in the first repair. The man with the Napoleon complex, then proceeds to get very defensive and very agitated. Then I advised him I was aware of what was replaced, and I was aware of what’s going on and made him aware of my scanner plugged into the car. A few more hours go by and it comes and tells me it’s done Napoleon had the audacity To tell me, he was going to go ahead and not charge me for the second repair. Napoleon was very frustrated that I called him out on trying to take advantage of me and proceeded to treat me poorly. I would definitely avoid this place Most of the positive reviews seem to be quick little fixes or oil changes. Maybe tires or brakes. I would definitely heed the warning of all the bad reviews and try another place because this guy is definitely a crook. He’s part of the reason why the automotive industry gets such a bad rep Sidenote, The device I have plugged into my car OBD2 port, Also tracks, Hard acceleration, hard breaking, , speed, seatbelts, Basically everything. Whoever drove the vehicle after the second attempt to repair it, was doing 58 miles an hour On the side road next to the shop. Stay away from this place if you really value your car and the money that you work hard for. this place will only want to take more and do more damage for things they didn’t do correctly the first time. It seems this is a trend if you review all of the reviews and I should have done that before I went. Lesson learned.
But wait there’s more! The dealership I got the car from used this place to replace some stuff before I bought it. I didn’t know this initially till I spoke to the dealer after. They left the boots off my cv axles, lost one of my lug nuts and it had to go back for those repairs to be redone as well. If you want to get taken advantage of, go to the manufacturer dealership, at least they have real mechanics.

10 out of 10 I do recommend ? these guys are great! I went in for an oil change I didn't get a chance to get into my book they were done in no time. And the customer service is awesome everybody is so kind. And the price was reasonable even going as a woman that's a +. If you need something done that they provide this is the place?

This place is the best. All the staff are friendly. If you're looking for a place where it's cheap, and they know what they're doing..I recommend you to come to this shop. once again, THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH

I am an African-American woman and this was my first time being serviced here and my experience was good. The attendant that assisted me was very polite, took time to listen to me explain what was going on with my van and he proceeded to access the van (without charging me anything for the diagnostic ) and explained to me what he found and fixed the issue. Mine you, I had just had break work done 2 weeks ago from a "traveling" mechanic, and the same issues presented themselves and worst. I was so thankful that Express was able to fix my van approximately and at such a reasonable rate. All I can say is that I respected him and he respected me right back and I am a satisfied customer .

I really appreciate the guys at Express lube bc I had been to three places that couldn't plug my tire, they just want to replace the tire. At Christmas time that's very difficult.

**ALSO MUST READ PLEASE** A little long but read this it gets really heated from middle to end...Worst mechanic shop I've ever been to! First off yes like ShaQuita Smith said owner or manager(the short bald guy) does have a LITTLE MAN COMPLEX. Went to get tune-up and engine skipping fixed. After over 4 hrs I had to leave and they'd only done the tune-up. LITTLE MAN said he couldn't figure out the problem so had to bring in a guy who knew the engine(its just a GM 3.8 V6 very common) went back next day and after 3 more hours it was "fixed" next day was skipping again AND my engine cover was missing with the brand new plug wires laying across the engine on the HOTTEST part, would have melted if not seen. Went back to get that back and it actually fixed. My dad asks how long it might be bc we had to take my mom to Dr. and LITTLE MAN gets an attitude saying "idk, if I could just wave my hands and fix it I would, everybody asks that same question and I tell em i can't just wave my hands and fix it" etc. etc. But he went on and on about it at my dad, I went and sat down so I wouldn't let him have it and I said to a customer sitting there "he doesn't have to be a jerk about it" the cust. Didn't hear me so I said it again, not loudly or confrontationally just a statement so LITTLE MAN comes from at the back where he couldn't even see me walks to the front and says to me"you got a problem with that"(not only is that highly unprofessional but it's a perfect example of his complex, he felt tough in his property and couldn't take the criticism) so I said yeah I do have a problem with that and he throws me out, says there's the door, leave so I said aww you got your delicate sensibilities hurt? You need a tissue to wipe those tears away, (I'm outside by then so he says get off my property) I said you don't even kno how to fix a car and it takes you forever to not fix it, he says I'm calling the police and gets on the phone, I said he was an arrogant, soft cry baby little prick and on and on it went, one of his mechanics(a rather... round and large, long curly haired guy) said how would Christ feel about you calling him a prick(this was bc I had a shirt on that said HE IS RISEN) and I said who are you to question me, are you perfect, when you are, talk to me bc I could have really let loose on that short little elf, who is it that casts the first stone? Oh yeah, he who is without sin and big boy just stood there smiling bc he got shut up. Maybe I shouldn't have called him a prick as a Christian but as I said, how much worse could I have let him have it? I didn't cuss, not one time. I had a few customers who saw it agree with me and leave if that tells you anything. Don't go here that guy is a real jerk, I never liked him but my dad did bc it was close by so i kept t quiet, there's plenty of other mechanics who are actually honest and kno what they're doing unlike this place other than one mechanic there, the others have just a blank look and just stand around. I'll NEVER GO BACK and neither will my dad. Car still ain't running right! -10*

Great place! Everyone is nice and quick service. If there is ever a wait you don't mind because everyone is working. They never try to upsale you stuff u don't need.
