Car shopping can be stressful enough the way it is but my experience with Express Auto was smooth and seamless. Lily was able to answer all my questions, and was willing to allow me to test drive several different vehicles. The car is running smoothly and I'm happy with my purchase.

I bought a 2022 crosstrex. Front and rear damage three months after buying vehicle, I got a flat tire they pulled the tire off to repair noticed the CV boot was ripped and had been leaking on the inner fender well for a good period of time they never replaced it in the first place when they should have. Front end still makes noise. Replaced subpar parts front headlight takes on water never would I recommend or purchase another vehicle from them when I called them they said the front CV axle was not leaking when they gave it to me. They are completely wrong. 1 star that’s all they get..

Lily was super communicative and accommodating. I was buying from out of state and she worked with me and my aunt to have the car seen by a mechanic before purchase. Im so happy with the car. Its as described and drives great.

These guys are genuine good people! I bought my Subaru Crosstrek in March of 2022. It had a minor issue shortly after and they had me bring it back and they fixed everything at no cost to me. She's been running great with no issues since. Not only did they fix it but she gave me a ride to get the rental car and picked me up when I came back to pick up my car. They do quality work and make their customers feel special. Great car buying experience!!! Excellent vehicles and excellent service!
