This review is for the Hillcrest location. What a mess!! Empty shelves, and completely disorganized..it's like they threw boxes on the floor and left them. It was a very uncomfortable experience...I had to leave within 5 minutes. Dollar tree has to good of product for it to be in stores looking like this one did..I won't be back.

This store was getting better but when the last manager and went to training things went down hill fast., but now that she is no longer in this store at all it has become horrible. The selection has minimized dramatically and the employee repor has gone down hill also. This store doesn't have the same upbeat atmosphere that it had merely a month and a half ago. The new management really needs to step it up.

This store is very consistent in its junky look inside, dirty, boxes piled everywhere, a trip hazard on the mat at the front door. When I was there two days ago there was yet another manager who seemed to be having a good time in his office laughing with someone. I guess his job title prevents him from getting off his ass and unloading some of the boxes that were completely blocking some aisles and also blocking access to merchandise. This store has been this way as long as I can remember. I have gone in the front door when the outside trash can was overflowing onto the sidewalk. I am disgusted that nothing has been done about this store.

Uniform and consistent!!! $1.25 for everything in the store but don't forget the tax. And remember you get what you pay for.

I just tried to make an exchange here, and it was such an odd experience. It felt like the boy at the register was telling me to do his job. "Hand me that phone. Grab me that pen." The store needs some serious TLC, too. It always seems understocked, dirty, and haphazardly put together.

Too many closed boxes.on aisles..especially the book aisle was closed off..they had boxes of merchandise and carts..very short on staff..some workers didn't even greet at checkouts..OVERWORKED/UNDERPAID/NOT ENOUGH HOURS?
