Customer Service is NOT a PRIORITY! Jackie there (possibly the Manager) is Ridiculously Slow on the Register (3 people in line for over 20 minutes), Rude & Argumentative over Simple Customer Service Questions and or Concerns. She argumentatively interjected herself into a conversation another customer then I was having with a cashier at a different register for no reason. It was so unnecessary & rude I literally had to ask her was she "talking to me?". She said, "YES and CALL Corporate if you don't like it" But at least she finally acknowledged me in the store as a shopper, I guess. I know the store is usually messy and hot but Customer Service Matter too!

This Dollar Tree feels like home. There is something very special about the staff that works here that feels like family. They are full of life and warmth. Dollar Tree also has unbeatable prices and is my go-to for crafts, snacks, and party planning. Coming here is always a blast!

Love it here! Staff is always very friendly and helpful! They are always sweet to the kids. It really feels like home here. Fully stocked shelves. Clean store. Love it!

pretty great dollar tree , way over stocked which is a good thing in my opinion , theres goodies everywhere !! LOL my only negative and why im not giving a 5 star rating is because of their staff , the lady at the register was just miserable , i said hello and she didnt reply ? idk maybe she was racist but then she told me to put the basket back in the front which i dont mind doing but you dont need to be rude and nasty about it , im not your child im a customer plus isnt this part of your job ? usually the baskets go on the side of the register , smh theres always a miserable lady working at dollar trees now , HIRE BETTER PEOPLE !

I've come to the store at 650 they said they closed at 8 the door was locked and the two woman would not even speak to me about the hours they told me to read the sign . So rude ? I give them a 1 star ⭐

I bought suction cup hooks over the weenkend 9pk... the pack was missing 3...Its unopened and very obvious it was packed that way...I was trying to exchange the unopened product...just wanted to get what I payed for..The cashier or whomever she is was nasty right off the rip..she scolded me and said if I dont have a receipt there is nothing she can do...ok fine...But why is she being ugly and nasty...I wasn't being ugly...She is very unprofessional and I hope she is not there long..BecUse i love that dollar tree!!!???
