Ommg! Absolutely amazing. We're from out town and had a flat! We made it 5:10 while they were closing! They changed the tire with no hesitation. And made us feel so welcome. I just have to say Job well Done and we will forever be grateful to all the workers especially Dylan!

I went to get a tire plugged was told it would take about 45min. The manager approached me to let me know that they would have to break a wheel stud on the car to remove the tire but they could not replace it since they don't do that. I said fine go ahead and break it I would replace it at a shop. At the 1hr 30 min mark I was brought my key and a box of lug nuts with the excuse that they stripped 3 lugnuts and didn't remove the tire. I went to a tire shop for professionals to do the Job and all they did was break my stuff and give me the wrong lug nuts as replacements. I will say I did get a call on the way home from the manager offering to pay for the tire plug and or some of the lug nuts and stud but at this point it was too little too late. Do yourself a favor and use a local shop other than this one cause I have never received service this bad. 7/27/24 UPDATE: I submitted my review to the link provided in the response to my original review and have received no additional communication other than an email asking if I had been responded to. This confirms to me that customer service within this company is lacking to say the least.

Christian did not hesitate to say he could get my daughter’s tire taken care of if she got the car in just prior to close. Really appreciate that attitude and it confirms why we bought her tires new from Discount Tire.

They mounted and balanced four new tires in about 30 minutes on a busy Saturday.
All 4 rims were scratched and only 2 tpms sensors were replaced.
The lug nuts were torqued to 80 ft lbs. I appreciate the attention to detail.

My husband and I had a tire blowout on Mother’s Day weekend, and we couldn't have asked for better service than what we received at Spartanburg Discount Tire. Robin was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. We were having issues with the tire sensor, and Robin immediately took the time to order new sensors for us. His prompt and professional service made a stressful situation much easier to handle. We were so pleased with Robin's outstanding customer service that we even recommended our CEO to purchase tires from them. Thank you, Robin, for turning a difficult day into a positive experience!

Great fast service from Jack. Fixed tire that had a big bolt in it. Also no charge for the service. Did not need a tire replacement but when I do I will go there, the prices are good.

I had a piece of metal in my tire that I was hoping could be patched, unfortunately I needed a new tire. The guys put on my spare and Jake ordered my new tire that delivered the next day. I always have fast friendly service at Discount Tire!

Horrible location and customer service. I had a 12:45 appointment truck wasn’t put in the bay until 1:11 I arrived at 12:30.
Was told they couldn’t change and rotate tires and that they order the wrong lugs then said they couldn’t put them on and waste almost 2 hours off my time debating me afterward.
If I could rate the shop I would say a -10 on a scale from 1-10

It can be a long wait if you walk-in, or maybe even with an appointment idk, but they are open about it and tell you how long, and they will stay to get your tires done even after closing time and to me that says a lot about a business.
