Reached out via phone to speak about some bumpers from Facebook. Found out that this was a fake Facebook account. The party who answered the phone was very polite and I appreciate him saving me from a scam. Don't use Diesel Truck parts Accessories from Facebook. Scam reported.

Customer service was garbage. Sent an email asking where my 1 of my 2 packages was after it was delivered 3 days late. All they replied to in their email back was, “lt’s in the box.” The programmer I received was a returned product from a previous customer and it was missing the instruction manual and other parts. This company has a complete lack of professionalism and lack of costumer service. There is no phone number to call for customer support only a contact form on their website. As a fellow small business owner I’m appalled at how this business is run. The only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is because when I finally did receive the parts they were the correct parts that I ordered. Don’t waste your money on a company that doesn’t care about their customers. I will not be using them again.

Worst customer service I've ever seen! Been trying to contact them for 3 days and still no response by phone or email! Tracking number says package was delivered..... to Nevada not Virginia! The pre recorded phone directory says dial 0 to leave a message but then says invalid selection. Ridiculous!
