Been going here since I moved to the area years ago. I walked out in the start of my service. I am not willing to get service by anyone who makes me feel uncomfortable. I would not recommend. Any longer. At least not the self righous hygienist. Not kind!!!

I didn't even get a chance to get services. I called bc I need an extraction. The girl tells me someone will call before we set a time and provide pricing. Instead I receive a text with the time. A week later, several calls, and a text to confirm with a message about a no show fee, but did anyone ever provide the fee schedule as promised? No. When I responded via text, the lady says oh today is the day for that. Poor service on the front end. It's already bad enough the surgeon only shows up once a month. Thanks, but no thanks. Had you provided me with the pricing maybe I would have considered but things were not done in the proper order.

While the office was kind to get me in and so were the staff, the work done was the absolute worst I have had done in my lifetime. My crown had fallen off on a trip (I have had that crown for a very long time) as I was traveling and this office offered to get me in but this is where the lesson was learned the hard way. They did an X-ray of the tooth and surrounding area and then re-cemented the crown, however, the crown was cemented so poorly that it didn't last the week and not only that, because of the way it was set, the new "bite" it created broke the tooth next to it and I got an infection. I had to have oral surgery done at another dentist as I was not going back to this one plus I was put on an antibiotic for 17 days as that is how bad the infection was. This "experience" ruined my mouth and my bite.As well, I disputed the charge for the mess done with this dental office and they said they would waive it on 7-31-23 but then continued to charge me. This mess was done to me in May of this year and now it is September and they still want to charge me (per the dentist) as they stated the "work" was done. Think about that for a moment...Only because I want to put this dentist and the entire horrible experience in the rear view mirror and move on (and also because I am tired of them sending the bill to where I stayed during my trip instead of calling me to work things out) and also because it is difficult to work with them and they have one's social security #, I did pay this bill today as now they will ultimately pay the price for that decision (to continue to bill me and not waive their charges) as they will now get this truthful and honest review posted that they "earned" as they did nothing to resolve the horrible work that was done to include continuing to bill me for the experience. They could have offered to fix things with a new crown as well but that would cost me too (as they wanted to charge me for that) but there was also no way I was going to take a risk on this dentist again because if you can't set a crown well and/or you knew not to do it then the lesson was not learned here.Do your homework on your dental choices, even in a time of immediate need, and go somewhere else, a place that you know the work will be of high quality. Despite the costs being less expensive here (you will think this at first) please know that you will pay for it in the end and it will be much more than you ever thought. You have been warned and also know that this office will continue to bill you for that inferior work instead of making it right.PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE! If my documenting this experience via this review can help save one or two or more people from having their mouths and bite ruined like I did well then I guess there is something good that could come from a horrible experience.

I am so happy I chose this dentist office! I was so worried when I had to bring my 9 month old to my emergency apt. But everyone made me feel so welcomed like it wasn’t an issue. Small thing for just a new mom by herself. Amanda was AMAZING & talked me through everything.

Make sure you tell them your insurance info up front because they apparently don't like Cigna and will cancel your appointment. Scheduled an appointment online after seeing them as an authorized provider, filled out their new patient questionnaire, then they called me to tell me that they aren't authorized for my dental plan which is interesting because that's how I found DentalWorks to begin with. Called Cigna afterwards and they confirmed that DentalWorks IS approved so they just didn't want to deal with it. Probably for the best, I definitely wouldn't trust them to treat me ethically if this is how they operate.

Told me they checked with my insurance that a procedure was covered.Came back 6 months later telling me that insurance didn't actually cover it.We agreed to split the bill in half due to them telling me WRONG information.3 months later they tried to bill me for the second half. Another rep told me it was a mistake on their end and would get the bill cancelled. They then sent another bill telling me they never sent the request and charged my credit card.Office is dirty and the staff does not seem to care about their patients time or well beingSTAY FAR AWAY!

I went to this DentalWorks office for a crown and they were the very best! I was super nervous to have my crown done, but Dr. O’Brien was super gentle and calming. During my new patient exam, Tammy, her hygiene assistant, and the office staff were very helpful. Tammy and her assistant were good in explaining my treatment to make sure I have the very best oral care. Amanda and Anna were also great at explaining the price of my treatment. This office staff was the best! I will recommend all of my friends and family to this office!
