Asked for help finding a cast and wound protector for the shower. The young girl in the pharmacy spouts out “it’s right there on the left of aisle 11.” I had already been looking and continued to look because it was not there. Finally found it midway up on the right on a different aisle.
What has happened to customer service and actually walking a customer to an item they need?

CVS staff on Reidville Road was very helpful. From the pharmacy all the way to the front register. Great customer service and very helpful. I really appreciate that. Thank you.

I went into CVS for photos, but the machine didn't want to expect the DVD. Than Mrs. Sunflower and Ms. Traci begin to call around to local CVS stores. Mr. Justin store manager drove to another CVS store to get DAD'S for their machine. Talk about ABOVE AND BEYOND, this is a power team! Keep up the great work you guy's

Tiffany was absolutely one of the best people I have interacted with while in pain waiting for a long line. She helped me with figuring out better payment for medicine and also took my pain away for a while with her talking and demeanor. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Another 1 star review that they don’t deserve. -0000000 would be more appropriate. I first began using this pharmacy in 2014 and continued for about 2 years. They continuously got my medications wrong, would tell me they were ready when they weren’t or vise versa, were the absolute opposite of apologetic in any of these scenarios and NOT ONE OUNCE of customer service to be found. I ended up switching to the Walgreens across the street because their customer service was EONS ahead of this CVS. Fast forward TEN YEARS later, my medication did not come in on the truck at Walgreens so I begrudgingly called this CVS, very sick mind you while still maintaining a bubbly attitude, to see if they had it. Whoever FINALLY answered the phone was absurdly rude. No excuses for this. Ten years later they are all still as rude as they can be. I do not for the life of me understand how this is still happening. Everyone do yourself a favor and go to the Walgreens across the street or anywhere else for that matter. This pharmacy should be closed. Ridiculous.

Omfg. I just called 8:49pm 3/2/2024 I’m not sure who it was because he never gave his name but the pharmacist Indian sounding male answered the phone and was so rude and disrespectful to me all I did was call in a refill Jesus Christ and he hung up on me before letting me respond if you hate your job so much quit

I wish I could give 0 stars. Waited for an hour for them to say they don't have the right amount of meds. They then send me to another CVS that is already closed!!!!! Who does that!!!! A total waste of time and gas! After all of that mess my daughter still didn't get her allergy medication!!!!

This is one sorry pharmacy every time you get ready to call a refill in on your Prescription they are out of it they keep saying it's been a shortage in the Manufacturer since covid hit which is a lie because if that was the case wouldn't none of the CVS pharmacy have it that's the person doing the ordering who every doing the ordering needs to be fired ASAP so now I guess I will have to transfer all my prescription to the CVS in Duncan which is farther away from my house I will never ever use this pharmacy again in life they are sorry now I have to go through the trouble going to my doctor getting a new prescription which is no fault of my owns this pharmacy doesn't even deserve a star but you have to at least leave a star to be able to leave a review if they are going to be out of your medication at least they could let you know about instead of waiting for you to call and then they tell you they're out they don't do that because they don't care they don't have to ever worry about me no more I mean that I don't even see how they even stay in business CVS do everybody a favor shut this one down yall would be doing everyone a favor

The 3rd shift female pharmacist Sonya needs to be terminated immediately. Her attitude is nasty so many people report her to cvs corporate! She never wants to fill scripts during her shift. You walk up to the counter and she’ll huff and puff while rolling her eyes like she’s so annoyed. And she loves to say that she’s by herself and don’t have any help but will be on her phone all night not doing anything. She’s lazy!! It’s also been many times where she’ll tell me I can’t get my prescription till another date and I go the next morning at 8am and the other shift fill it with no issue!! If you don’t like your job find another one but don’t make the customers suffer who only want their freaking medicine !!!!!
