The absolute worst experience I have had in a long time, it took two days to get the code to access my unit. We had to pay an extra day of our rental truck because we couldn't enter the unit. We waited for over an hour to see if someone would drive out so we could get access to our unit that we paid for. Nothing. They literally gave us over 15 different codes until we finally got in. We waited outside the storage until almost 8:00pm to finally get a working code and then had to load the unit in the dark. I asked the District Manager to call me, nothing yet. It has been well over 48 hours. I will be contacting the corporate office to speak with someone, obviously customer service is not a priority for them. I don't want to put one start, but I have to put atleast one to post the review. The worst.

EDIT: I can't be found in their system as it was leased in my son's name who is a student at a local college.Started out positively with great communication in renting a unit for my college son to store some belongings over the summer. When it came time to sign the lease, I feel as though my son was unnecessarily sold insurance (belongings stored were of very low value and easily replaceable) and when he called me from the office to confirm, it was going to be a difficult process to have it removed so I relented and stated I would pay it since it was only for 2-3 months.HOWEVER, when we went to move out, it was a Wednesday. It took several attempts to gain access through the gate as it was apparently malfunctioning. I gained access. My son was behind me another vehicle and attempted to gain access. IT WOULD NOT WORK. I was locked in and he was locked out. I called the local number, was transferred to their national location, and was informed they were closed on Wednesdays. When asked what I should do, they stated "call the police if you can't get out." Fortunately, we were able to gain access 15-20 minutes later but I WOULD NOT recommend this facility unless you won't need to access anything on a Wednesday and don't mind being trapped inside their gates. I will pay more to go elsewhere next year. We also found two dead mice in the storage unit even though there was no food, clothing, etc. stored...only a futon, bookshelves, mirrors, and other pieces of furniture.

Rosa has a nasty attitude and shouldn't work a desk job being she doesn't know how to speak with people nor keep it professional. She slammed door in my face and refused to give corporate number so could file a complaint. This storage facility gone down since I last used it. Price constantly increased throughout duration and I never understood why. There are mice in units, no lighting or outlets. No public dump to remove trash and the door is always locked during office hours. I know next time to never use this particular location again.
