How come there's no info about the 60+ unit beak in back in July.. completely robbed and and lied to by them, Call the Spartanburg police before you rent from them..and the fake insurance company they use on operators theu email.. BEWARE..

The manager on East main st in Spartanburg SC was very helpful, very professional, and very patient assisting me with my unit rental. He saved me money and for right now you get two months free. I highly recommend you go see in person east main st storage rentals of America for your storage needs. Free lock too.

This is the second time our unit has been busted into this time. They literally wipe this clean now it's gonna take possibly 6 to 8 weeks for us to find out and yes after the 1st ti.e we paid extra for insurance. Now they expected me to pay an extra $99. So I could just clean my storage unit which was three boxes of nothing. When we spoke to the cop tonight it happened. He said that they had been telling this place repeatedly. They need better security cameras and nobody's listened. I get that the payments do on the first. They knew I worked an hour from here. And every time we got here they were closed or they were leaving or something. You would think seeing that this is the second time the unit has been broke into. They would make commendations instead of expecting money from us.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went to my unit over a month ago and put a few items in it. I came back yesterday to put a few more things in there and I found my lock on the ground outside the unit, the door was cut, and a new lock was on it. I called the office phone number as it was after business hours and they said there were no notes as to why my lock was not on there anymore and I could not find out anything until the manager got there today. Long story short, I had over $2000 worth of items in there that were stolen. Police report was filed- the officer said to my boyfriend and me that this happens WEEKLY!!! The office never even called to inform me they put a new lock on the unit, much less that my unit had been broken into!! Do not store your things at this storage unit unless you never want to see them again. Also- there were 2 units that I personally saw people living in...

I will be finding a place that is more secure than this one I got a call earlier today telling me that my unit has been broken into for the second time in the past couple of months you would think for the amount of money they charge a month that it would be a little safer this is b/s and way beyond aggravating
