Move in was easy - First month free- what they didn’t say was there were additional fees each month that added $17 each month and the first month, you pay an administration fee and protection plan that actually equals more than the rent! I rented from them previously and this was not the experience

When we first began storing our camper here it was great, seemed very reliable and secure. Barely any time after we were there, we got an email saying our price was going up to keep up with the demand which didn’t make a whole lot of sense. Then, when we were moving out we noticed our propane tanks were stolen off of our camper. Mind you, we were in a locked facility with cameras we didn’t feel the need to take them off. Maybe that was our fault, but the staff could have been slightly more helpful. When we called to see what to do about it the guy in the phone did not seem to care to help us at all. He told me basically that it was our fault and he wasn’t going to do anything about it. Perhaps we could’ve removed the propane tanks and put them inside, but when I’m paying over $100/month for a secure storage facility I expect some sort of assistance in a situation like this. 100% would not recommend this place and would suggest finding somewhere else for storage.

Ellis was very helpful when switching storage units to a larger unit. Prior to the switch, others at this location were kind and courteous too. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a neat, clean place to store belongings!
