After reserving a unit online, I went to the store on Reidsville rd and the unit I reserved had a customers lock on door. The property manager, Stacey, Gave me a unit, lock and 2 free months, I was pleasantly surprised with your employees great attitude, I would rather deal with a live person then far off property managers. Thanks again for your fine service.

The process of renting my unit was quick and easy. The only thing I recommend is an update to their computer system to make things a little less time consuming

No set price. Price increase every two months. Staff is nasty and treat tenants badly. Unit had mice and frogs.

Reidville Road Location-I Did An Online Special. Finally Went To Take A Few Things Over To Put In Storage. Didn't Feel Safe There. On Two Occasions I Found There Were Stragglers Living There. Went Inside My Unit And There Were Big Bugs On The Walls. Called To Speak With The Manager But She Was On Vacation. I Finally Spoke To Her, She Said The Police Were There Taking Care Of It. Said She'd Put In For My Money To Be Refunded Based On What Was Going On. Three Months Later I Don't Have My Refund And She Doesn't Know Anything About When They'll Send It. I Have Photos Of The Situation. ?

A bit overpriced when compared to Amazon, Walmart, & Ebay. The price differance shouldn't be so much, things are tough enough without these product price gauging.

The manager Jed is awesome and great to work with. He is patient and understanding and took care of my concerns when I moved in and them to a bigger unit. He is always pleasant wheni come and a joy to talk to. Great place to rent from if you have storage needs.
