Not sure how you can run a company and a customer comes in to pay there bill and the employee tells you they don’t have any change thought that would be one of the important things to have. Haven’t had nothing but problems since I joined them

Jackie and Lizzy were awesome at Cricket at Dorman centre. They went above and beyond to help us with new phones. They worked with us for two days due to computer issues. They deserve a raise!!!!

Today my daughter and I went into Cricket at Dorman Center to update her phone. We received a lot of assistance from Kaci! She was very personable and knowledgeable. There were a few hiccups but Kaci was on top of it. We appreciated her help and my teenager walked away with an awesome new phone! Thanks again for your help! Def ask her how you can possibly save $30 on your bill!!
