“Normally, I do all my banking online, but I had a pile of cash that I wanted to deposit. You have to use the coin machine to deposit coin and bring the slip to the teller. As someone who has dealt with a lot of cash and coin, I thought that was pretty cool. Speeds things up when you don’t have to count coin on both ends. Just something different that I thought was neat!”

“My experience here has been excellent since day one when I brought in my mother to become a member. We have both had excellent customer service on every transaction, visit and phone call. The fees are very reasonable considering the post-Covid times comparing to other banks and credit unions. Cameron has helped on several occasions and was accurate, professional and very prompt with all communications. Each and every time we have visited we have been greeted with a genuine smile and NOT rushed like a cattle herd through the building as my family and I have been treated at Founders in the past. I would highly recommend anyone to do their banking here!”
“Went to withdraw $500 from the ATM and it did not dispense BUT it was taken from my account on Chritmas Eve, Bank said they would give me provision credits while they investigate, so this is a provisional 1-Star review until I get my money back and the investigation is completed and my money is officially returned. Im assuming the dispenser malfunctioned because I called the ATM 3rd party who told me he reset the code on the ATM and it was good to go now. So they are most definitely aware there was a problem and I've attached a picture of the ATM dispenser with a red light indicating it had malfunctioned along with the out of order sign placed on the machine AFTER it took my money and I made my formal dispute. Still waiting on provisional credits although I know it takes time. I will say everyone inside and over the phone I have talked to has been helpful.... but im still $500 short and will update this review once my money is returned. Got the money back, still bank with them from 1 star to 4.”
