“They had some really cool merch here. Anytime I go to a mall, if they have a hot topic I'm going to hit it up! And usually they have some variation of the same items. And here was no exception. But, they did have some actual cool stuff on the clearance rack. Which was a surprise to me, because they at least at my store and other places I have visited have not. There was a Deftones shirt, and my size, for like 17 bucks. And I would have got it too, if I didn't have like seven Deftones shirts and a million other band shirts lol he has to have a really cool the Mars Volta shirt for only $13 that I would have gotten anyway despite having a million shirts, but it wasn't in my size. They even had some baby no money shirts, which my daughter is a fan of. And I had a really cool 21 pilot shirt that I had never seen before. Oh yeah and I had some really killer panic! at the disco shirts, including one that is the cover of their first album! I really wanted to buy that one, but it was $26? $26.90 before tax. And I really didn't need it. Had I not just but a Tupac Shakur vinyl for like 40 bucks, I probably would have. But is neither here nor there. Definitely if you're in the area, go check out this hot topic”

“Customer Service is top tier. Anything you want to purchase that is out of stock they will grab your number and text you when they have more available. All the things they sale down to the journals are great. During my weekly visits downtown I stop by this boutique frequently.
The Gratitude journal I purchased not to long ago has been such a great touch to my mornings. Nice clothes as well but I haven’t had a chance to actually try on or purchase yet.

“New store. Very nicely stocked. Employees were nice and everyone was busy working.
I originally purchased items online, but they were too big so I took the return in to the store. I'm glad I did. The night before I tried to place an online order but website stated not in-stock at Spartanburg. As I was about to check out for items to be mailed, the website went down. The next day I went in to the store and found everything I was wanted with the exception of two items. So don't trust the website if you can get to the store.
On another note I got better prices shopping online than the in-store prices.”
“I would like to share my recent experience with the American Eagle store at Westgate Mall in Spartancheburg , South Carolina. I have been a fan of American Eagle jeans for about twenty years. I am now 61 years old. Back at Christmas , I bought a pair of what used to be called skinny kick jeans in the size that I used to wear. I did not even try them on until this past week., the week of February 8, 2026. For reasons, I don't need to get into they were way too big, and I knew that I had discarded the receipt. I called the store and explained my situation. ALL tags were still on the jeans.I had simply slid them on one time and slid them right back off. I spoke with 2 very pleasant young ladies and they were holding some jeans to try in smaller sizes same style. I was a little late getting up there , but they had three pair waiting for me to try on even though I was running about an hour late.They were very attentive in helping me. The assistant sales manager, Lexie is delightful. Kind, very accommodating, and professional ....at only 20 years old. The other sales girl that day was Chloe. She ran her little legs off for me and kept opening the dressing room door as I kept locking myself out! Chloe is only sixteen years old and a part time worker. Both girls were very personable , attentive. Their personal working relationship was positive and evident. Before I left the store , we were all laughing! To the parents of these young ladies ... good job! To American Eagle...good hire! These two young ladies represent your company well. In a world where we always seem to hear about is the negatives regarding our country's youth, these two are a testament to what happens when things go right and children make good choices. And of course , the quality of my kick jeans are every bit as good as I remembered. But you have to have the right people to represent you to be a true success. You have certainly done it with these two fine young ladies.❤️”
“Being a senior, I like to go to Ross on Tuesdays because they offer a 10% discounts of seniors on that day. I usually will buy clothing for my 4-year-old granddaughter. They have very nice outfits that are only slightly above the price of thrift store clothing.”
“I love Old Navy!!! If you're looking for plus size clothing in store or online Old Navy is where it's at. Very inexpensive and always running a sale. Oh did I mentioned inexpensive ?. The staff at the store in Spartanburg, SC they are AWESOME!”
“WOW!!!! I have never seen such variety and quantity of uniforms and gear. An incredible selection of boots, tactical pants, and other outerwear. Good prices also. Roughly the same as prices you would find on Amazon. Friendly staff and clean facilities. The only recommendation I have is a store sign that is more visible to the normal passerby. I had a hard time finding the exact location because there wasn't a clear sign. Otherwise a great place to find tactical apparel for many applications. Thank you Harrisons Public Safety for the great experience!!!”

“Spencer’s has been at Westgate Mall forever but I’d never went inside the store at Christmastime. What caught my attention is the Snoop Dogg merch in the window. That is a great marketing tool to draw different people in the store.
I loved all of the naughty things that were on display. This is definitely the place to come when you’re looking for adult novelties.

“My wife and I visited this Hamrick's today. It's large, but definitely not a superstore. It is absolutely jam packed with products that you'd see on a TV commercial. There's a very large number of clothes for the entire family. Many of them are recognizable name brands. They offer deep discounts and their prices seem very reasonable. This is a good place to shop or to just use some time up.”
