This was a good store, well stocked & clean. There were some things I felt were overpriced, like individually priced shirts, and $25+ small wares (they may go for that online, but a thrift store is a place one comes to find unique treasures at a lower price. Otherwise, they would simply buy the items online). There was a small $50 mirror that I felt should have been $20 at most. But I do support their cause and browsed the store for other items.

I won't be back, the woman working the register needs an attitude adjustment, I simply asked what the sign on the door said and I got a smart Alec answer. I told her so and walked out the door leaving my buggy there...Don't respond to the owners son, he will not stop texting me about this issue which tells me he's a bit off of his rocker, I actually had to block his number. they don't really care that this woman is mistreating customers, don't waste your time or money here.

This store is a treasure trove of great gently used items. I have bought as well as donated items from this store. The staff is great, the store is clean and they have great items to take home with you. Go see what treasure you will find....????

I understand this is a benefit thrift store, but the prices are no where near thrifting price. Some things even priced the same or higher than new retail. I believe the store would make more money to help people if they lowered prices. Making less per item is better than it sitting on the shelf for months over priced. I will say that every staff member at all 3 locations I've visited have always been extremely friendly and helpful.

I walked in this store and I loved it!!! Many, many items to choose from! Furniture, clothing, children's clothing, toys, books, CDs, records, purses, dishes, complete sets of China dishes and other dining wear. I could go on but I went alitte late and the store was closing for the day. If you're looking for that special item for yourself or for a gift, I highly recommend visiting this store!! Besides proceeds helps with Childhood cancer? ??? ?????

I wouldnt shop here if i were you!!!! When this location first opened it was wonderful the customer service was great the pricing was fair but as time went on the workers have become very very rude and the prices are outrageous on some items. Some items I've even seen there are priced higher then new in the box not donated/second hand. The store has gotten very cluttered and not maintained very well, I believe due to a low turn over on some items because of the price gauge, again on donated items. Thrift store are mainly shopped by lower income families looking for things we need at reasonable prices and carols hope isn't a store you can do that at anymore. It's sad to see!

I love Carol's Hope in Boiling Springs. I shop here frequently and usually find a great items I'm almost every area. it is clean and most prices are reasonable. I also love that proceeds help benefit children with cancer in our local area.

My last review of this place has disappeared from Yelp seemingly because of some unresolved issues with the Yelp app. I go here frequently because I love the mission statement of this business. I normally don't shop thrift stores but I have bought several slightly worn big name brand shirts here. I've been treated extremely well treated and even bring my service dog Lucy with me. The prices at Carol's are fantastic! Recently I found an almost new Van Heusen shirt for three dollars! Please review my posted pictures. I very highly recommend this thrift store!

Wanted to donate clothes to somewhere besides goodwill and I thought this was a good place but I wouldn’t recommend taking things to donate. I went in to check if I could donate but no one was at the counter so I brought it in and didn’t know I was supposed to bring it in the back bc there were no signs to do that at all. I was told to go to the back room so I did and was basically pushed out the door and acted like I should have known where to drop it off, I should have just took it somewhere else that actually needs it.

Prices are pretty steep unless something is on sale.To me in thrift business, price of cheap and get it out of there so you can put more stuff out. You make more money this way then you do pricing things more expensively.
