“I have been working with the Budget car& truck rental company for nearly two years now. I rent a vehicle for at least one - three days a week from the location at 660 Spartan Blvd. Suite 230, Spartanburg S. C., West Gate Crossings, Spartanburg S. C. 29301. This franchise is owned by Tony who I have met and dealt with on a couple of occasions when he filled in at this location when an employee was off. He has been great to work with however the two guys that he has been lucky to hire even go above and beyond his great customer service.
Derick was the first one that I had the pleasure to work with and he always goes above and beyond with customer service. I have dealt with a number of other companies and his customer service and attention to detail far exceeds any others that I have dealt with.
Then Tony hired another guy to replace an employee that relocated. His name is Brandon Jackmon and he is the one that I have been dealing with for nearly a year now. He worked with Derick when he started and has the highest level of customer service anyone could ask for. He always goes above and beyond all expectations has a great attitude and will do everything he can to be sure that customers he deals with get the best service possible.
As long as me and my family are here and need to rent a vehicle we will always rent from this location and I highly recommend that anyone needing to rent a car or truck that are anywhere near Spartanburg S. C. Do the same.

“The BEST customer service from the bottom to the top! I was involved in a hit and run on Hwy 9 and Progressive has made it a nightmare! I drive a 2020 Yukon XL Denali and Progressive wanted to put me in a Corolla. After scheduling my pick up with Enterprise, they showed up right on time. Ben eased my mind on the drive back to Enterprise. Michael, the branch manager, upgraded my Corolla to a Jeep Compass at no charge without me knowing because he heard the trouble Progressive was giving me. Randy, who checked me and my car in, who I also spoke with on the phone before coming in, was very kind, professional, and understanding. Every person at this location that I interacted with was PHENOMENAL! Top notch customer service. You can tell they care about their customers.
