I am very upset about the customer service we got. My neighbor always works on my car for free and he did not have any room in his shop. He told us he was friends with johns auto service and he could get us a deal. My husband calls them to see if my car is ready and we got charged the full amount without being called with a price or anything. We did not have the money to get it fixed at the price we got and they would not let us make payments. This is poor service because we did not get a phone call with the price before it was done.

John and his employees have worked on a few of our vehicles. He always gives us an honest price. The communication is also excellent. He keeps his clients informed throughout the entire process. After our last repair, John asked me to bring our car back by after we had driven it for a few days so that he could do a quick check to make sure everything was still in place and working fine. I hope his business will continue to succeed.
