I wouldn’t arrive on a Sunday. Firstly the lady upfront made sure to tell us that cheap and other used RV’s were on the right of the lot.(She was correct on the direction but my wife and I both caught the assumption ) After we walked the lot for 1.5 hrs we were not greeted or met by anyone even after the front desk told us a sales person would come find us “in a few minutes”. We found a Toy hauler we liked but their website inventory wasn’t up to date and pricing/specs weren't on the site. If your gonna have trash service and judgmental front desk workers I would at-least pay someone to keep the inventory up to date for potential buyers.

Super nice people very helpful. This is the first camping world I finally received top class service. Wish I lived nearby cause I have wor that need to be done and this is the kind of people I would trust.
This store is the proof that is not the brand but the people that make a business a great business. Wish the Navarre FL store come here to do training.

Third fifth wheel I have bought from Camping World in four years. Bought two from Spartanburg location in last two years. Other than salesman Mike L. this is the worst customer service experience I could ever possibly get. My North Point has been in service for 6 weeks. Only communication I can get is call constantly and hopefully get thru or ask salesman to walk over. They have never once called me with an update. Have called for four weeks leaving service manager Ashley messages to please call me. Still have not received a call from him. Last update I got was they was trying to get Jayco to approve the warranty. New camper four months old and they cant get warranty approved (ODD HUH)! I called Jayco only to be told they are waiting on them to submit information they have been asking for. Do not and I repeat do not take camper here for service. I guess next step is to contact corporate for help. Already cancelled one camping trip.

Called in asking about propane and charcoal, and the conversation went like this. C.W " how can I help"
Me " Hi how are you this morning I..." gets cut off....
C.W " I'm fine how can I help" in a hurried tone
Me " I was wondering if you had any of the small propane tanks, or charcoal available?"
C.W. " NO! WE DONT HAVE ANY PROPANE!" click... wow that's not how to talk to people during a hurricane situation. Whoever answered the phone did not get trained on how to deal with stress apparently. Highly recommend not calling this place if you yourself have high blood pressure...

I recently had the opportunity to purchase a Jayco 195RB from Camping World in Spartanburg, and I want to share my experience, both the highs and the lows.
My buying journey began with a call from Crystal on a Wednesday morning. It was a brief but pleasant conversation, during which I inquired about the price and the possibility of taking delivery by the weekend. However, things took a turn when she put me on speakerphone with her sales manager. Unfortunately, the manager's attitude was disappointing. She was dismissive and made it clear that I needed to fill out a finance check before any further discussion could take place, citing short staffing and an inability to answer my delivery questions. This interaction left me feeling discouraged, and I started exploring other dealerships.
Thankfully, my experience took a positive turn when Rachel White saw my request and reached out to me. From the moment we connected, Rachel was nothing short of amazing. She worked diligently to get the numbers and once we both felt good, she ensured that I could take delivery just 24 hours later. Rachel's efficiency, energy, and hospitality truly stood out. When I met her on delivery day, she was already in the lot, ready to assist.
This is where I also met Ed and Ashley from the maintenance team, who were incredible. Ed gave me a thorough tour of the RV while Ashley installed the hitch. The unit was in fantastic shape, and during the walk-through, I couldn’t find a single imperfection. It was the best delivery experience I've ever had, even compared to previous purchases from other large companies like Lazydays in Tampa.
I also want to give a special shout-out to Steve from finance. He made the process enjoyable, with a great sense of humor and helpful advice on coverage options. After everything was finalized, Rachel was there to snap a photo of us with our new RV as we pulled out—such a thoughtful touch!
While my initial experience wasn't great and honestly just shockingly bad. Rachel and the team at Camping World Spartanburg completely turned things around. If you're in the market for an RV, I highly recommend shopping here—just be sure to work with Rachel for a truly exceptional buying experience.

This place will sell you JUNK!!!! Nothing but problems out of there junk campers. The lazy Inspectors/Maintenance guys are absolutely Worthless. I absolutely cannot wait to get rid of the problem. They sold me and the years I wasted pay for this piece of junk!

Five Stars for Thomas in Service Dept. We had an issue with the air conditioner. Made an appointment with Thomas. He was very helpful. He went above and beyond to take care of my issue.

BUYER BEWARE!
My husband & I stopped at Camping World Spartanburg to browse. Fell inlove with a class B Thor Dazzle (NEW) on the spot and decided to purchase. Agreed to come back in 4 days when we were available and that gave them a chance to detail and inspect, etc.. The Sales Manager, Tom, was our salesperson and everything was wonderful. Until we signed the dotted line...
Walked to the vehicle that they had 4 days to clean. Stickers were still on it, had to ask someone to remove them.
Tried to start the generator, it would not start.
We had to go inside and request a technician or someone to assist us. No one who came out could help. Went back in to get Tom, who said he was aware, but was not doing anything to help. Finally got the service manager out there who also didn't know what the problem was but suggested we schedule service! What?! We literally had not even driven it off the lot. Isn't this what the 4 days were for? (we took it home and figured out the issue ourselves).
Realized that underneath the price detail sticker were scratch marks. Looks like someone tried to remove with a razor blade, scratched the tint & rehung the sticker? But this should have been handled before we even arrived. They ordered a replacement window after we brought it to their attention. It has been over 45 days and have not heard a word about the new window.
2 weeks later, we decided to refinance. Contacted finance to cancel products that we didn't even know we purchased, and that is a whole separate issue of contempt I have right now. After several emails and phone calls to the actual product carriers, I finally received cancellation forms to sign from finance - but not all of them.
Called today to check on the window, after being on hold for the parts person who was on another line, I was told "after he got off that call he went to do something else and never came back, can I take a message".
Save yourself a headache, and purchase somewhere else!

Traveling with friends on tour bus, The cooling fan for engine gave out.Our driver pulled into their parking lot, they were very willing to help, Had us on the road again in less than a hour!!
