This Burlington keeps you waiting in the checkout line forever. I wouldn't recommend going there until they can get some employees that can get you out faster.

Put items on layaway came back and they said they could not find my layaway . I informed them I didn't want a refund I wanted my merchandise. I told to look for stuff in store none of items where there . So missed because they couldn't say who gave it away wl not ever return because clearly someone there took it and for my paperwork disappeared but I received a tex 15 days it was there and came to get it that day was gone trust is it with me and I was also told I could not get a refund on my layaway fee which was fine but my question is if that guaranteed the items would be held it was no fault of mine why it was gone so to keep my money for a service that you violated is wrong g I'm done

CAREFUL!!! I wanted to return something and they told me that you couldn't return and the cashier never mentioned that to me when making my purchase, try to talk to the superhisor and he became terrible instead of solving the lack of capacity of his staff, he distanced himself from everything.

very dirty place! It’s impossible to choose something because the goods are lying on the floor! Is it really impossible to remove all this? The fitting room is disgusting, there is not even a light. Staff, is your home also dirty?!

Firstly the prices aren't reasonable. Ok so had always wanted to go to Burlington but just never been, decided to go... Bad decision. Everything is to much, the racks of coats have to many stuffed on them making it extremely hard to see sizes, tags, etc. The employees seem to have been had enough. Went to find coats for my family, all of which like & wear different kinds. Found not one! If it fit it wasn't the "style" if it was the "style" they didn't have the size. You get lucky, it's like the coat lottery lol. Ended up leaving with a $10 hat & nothing else. It's just not what I expected at all. I won't be going back.

I have a baby who is breastfeeding this is my second child and I decided that with her I would only breastfeed. I wanted to go out and shop and its hard shopping with a baby keep that in mind let alone I have in mind that I as well am only breastfeeding so when ever it’s time to feed I have to go somewhere private I am not very comfortable just popping it out in public to feed her so I read that if you need to breast feed ask for the nursing roomWhich Burlington does not have or even a dressing room so I did I kindly told the worker if I can have a dressing room I didn’t have clothes in my cart so that’s why I asked for a room To feed my baby because they didn’t have a nursing room she gave me a look of disgust she said “ don’t you want to do that in the bathroom “ I responded and was shock and repeated “ the bathroom “ I still held my anger in and said “no I would prefer to feed her in a dressing room “ Burlington please do better provide nursing rooms or do something I would not like other moms to experience what I experience.
