I went to upgrade my phone because it was having Sim errors. They told me I could buy a phone and they would activate it in store while I was there for a fee. I said ok and bought the phone. Well not even 5 minutes later, they say they can't activate the phone because there is an error on my account. I ask if there's anything I can do, or what the error was about, but the worker had no idea. The whole time, she was on the phone with someone from another store and seemed lost and confused. The other worker who I assume was a manager, was doing some EXTREMELY loud drilling into sheet metal behind the counter, and offered the girl no help. They then said I couldn't get a refund to my card since I used credit, and didn't have enough cash in the drawer. Offered no solution. The worker and manager argued back and forth for a few minutes on how to work the machine, very off putting as I'm already ready to get out of here. I ended up spending an hour just to get a new Sim card, so it works, but Boost needs to train their workers to provide actual help. They didn't seem like they knew any part of the process. Acted like they have never done this before. This was a frustrating experience. Switching providers as soon as I possibly can

Walked in, short wait time, excellent service. Both issues were resolved in an expeditious manner. Will visit again if I have any problems navigating my boost mobile services

Misrprestation: Since I retired, I requested to change my phone number. Store clerk told my husband and I that it would take 24 hours and to return to obtain new phone number. We returned after 24 hours. Natasha told us it hadn't been 24 hours. My husband showed her the time stamped on the receipt. She tried again and said to allow 30 more minutes. I told her "no problem, we could do some shopping and return." She quickly replied she would telephone us with the new number, which she Never did. First lie. Then I talked to Edward in the Phillipines, who said I would have to pay an additional $15.00. It wasn't the money, it was the principal. He supposedly could not reach a supervisor stating US time. (He was a little surprised when I knew the time in the Phillipines.) Therefore, it was very poor service. He was polite and said he would write escalation to a supervisor but I would have to call back. Following the 4 of July, I telephoned again. This time, I reached Julio in Mexico. He said I would have to go back to the store, "Unfortunately, I cannot correct technical issues." So, even though i am no longer under my corporate account, I went back to Verizon by telephone. Matter corrected over the phone in less than 10 minutes!!! I had my husband return the "free" phone", with newly purchased wallet case, with added protected glass. My husband was refunded $12.00. lol Four trips to their store, two long telephone calls is hardly worth the time. I may pay a little more for Verizon, but they never have lied to me and solve most technical issues over the telephone line. My husband wanted to try "Boost" unlimited Program. What a HUGE mistake! It is inappropriate for a business to lie. I don't know if this is true, but Julio told me each store is owned independently. This store is off Blackstock Road in Spartanburg, SC. I was not interested in a new phone. However, my husband thought it would be more cost effective. I am very happy to be back with Verizon with my Pixel phone. A telephone that Boost cannot support. All I ask for is honesty. I suggest Lean Six Sigma training to help remove variations that lead to errors that lead to losing customer confidence.

Horrible horrible. Very rude workers . had their phones buy one get one free and didnt give me the free phone. Then told me if i wanted it. I had to pay for it. How is that.
