After not having a go-to stylist for a few years, I've finally found ‘the one’ at Bella Scott. Mindy and Maureen are beyond AMAZING! I very much believe in leaving my hair in the hands of professionals, and I have certainly chosen the right ones! Love love love.

hair cut took 13 minutes and completely messed up my hair. I asked for a trim and got almost all my hair cut off. Extremely poor experience. Will never ever go back.

I have been look for a home salon for six years. I think I have finally found it! The ladies at Bella Scott Salon are very friendly and made me feel like I have been going there for years. Thank you so much Christina for a great experience and hair cut/style.

Cristina has been cutting and coloring my hair for a few years now and she never disappoints. She's so reliable and I can always count on her doing my hair just the way I like it.

I had heard wonderful things about this salon and was excited to make an appointment. I called and the message stated that it may be up to 24 hours before they phone back. After two left messages and seven days later I still do not have a call back. (This is 144 hours after they promise a call back for those of you counting.) I'm disappointed, but more frustrated by their lack of customer service.

Bad experience today with one of the hairstylists. She accused the kids that I babysit of knocking on the fish tank and almost knocking it over. (I was standing there the whole time. One of the kids did tap once, but stopped when I told him not to do that.) she proceeded to tell another stylist and then both continued to accuse us in a very rude tone. They didn't handle the situation in a professional way and were very rude to the kids and myself. Won't be going back there ever again.

Don't know why salons dont employ receptionists anymore. I called for an appointment and got the voicemail telling me they would call back in 24 hrs.. 50 hours and counting, I'm still waiting. This is bad customer service from the start. I called another salon and got a real live person and got my appointment for the next day.

I just called to see if they could possibly book me an appointment to get my roots touched up. I asked if they could fit me in today, being that I only have one day off from work a week. I know this was probably not possible, but figured I would check. The man who answered the phone had an attitude and a tone in his voice that wasn't very customer friendly. He said he doubted they could fit me in, but he could ask and see if it was possible. I told him yes please ask because today is the only day I have off. In a rude tone he goes okay please hold on for one second, doesn't put me on hold, and proceeds to yell at another employee and says "some girl is calling to see if she can get her roots done" I hear another employee say something I couldn't understand "he goes yeah i told the girl not to get her hopes up" and then I hear laughter. I hung up. In 5 seconds I could tell that this was not the type of business that I was looking for. I am just amazed at how unprofessional this just was. I am never the type to leave google reviews, but coming from someone who had the potential of being a loyal customer, I'm just baffled. Granted, maybe it's just this one man who doesn't know how to treat customers, and not the rest of the staff. But regardless, I work in the retail industry and you should never talk to a customer the way he just did. This man's snobby attitude has led me to look elsewhere.
