I just called this location to check availability and price, the man that answered the phone was about as short, rude and nasty as I have encountered anywhere. I immediately ask if he was having a really bad and said goodbye, WOW.

ordered 27-F battery from Battery Plus on line , got to the store they could not find Battery , said they would have it next day , it took 9days to get my battery I had paid for on line ...9 DAYS of jumping my Truck Off ?????

Went there to get a new battery for my key fob and the batteries didn’t work so I called and the guy on the phone specifically told me to bring my keys and the car to the store so he could reprogram my keys to my car he knew what type of car I had before I came because I told him anyways when I get there after paying for a tow truck to bring my car there because my car wouldn’t start nor was the power locks working because it needed to be reprogrammed with a special computer and they knew that on the phone I hate this place I’m calling the better business bureau they could’ve at least offered a discount a partial refund a new battery store credit or tried to rectify or satisfy me in some way as a paying customer but it’s ok because I will let everyone else know how horrible nasty disgusting and rude this worthless place is I disputed the charges with Sutton Bank!
