“This is the Boiling Springs, S.C. branch of First Piedmont Federal. Being a branch it's naturally smaller in size. It was lunch time ( usually a busy traffic time ) and there's only one customer in front of me. Very unusual as this bank sits on the super busy Hwy. 9. Additionally, this place has a very tight parking lot. Maneuver with care!”

I’m impressed with the Huntington iOS app. Compared to ones that are just poorly designed. The next step would be to add authentication app support. SMS verification codes just aren’t as safe as they used to be.
Since I’m used to quickly setting up apps without letting much time go by, the Huntington app flagged me for fraud. All I did was set up bill pay and sent a payment right away. Apparently doing all that too quickly is what flagged it since my account hasn’t been open a full day yet.
I had to go back to the branch to unlock my account. Alex helped me again! Just a simple fix acknowledging that it was me that sent the payment.
Shout out to Alex for all the help! Also the payment wasn’t urgent, but those who open an account and actually NEED to use it urgently may run into the same issue.”
“Whenever Carolina alliance switched over to Park National, I was a little worried. I didn't think that we would get the customer service nor the hometown feel of a small Bank. I was wrong, nothing has changed for the most part. There are some things that take a little longer but they make up for it in other ways.”

They have a great fraud alert system to protect accounts. Their online banking app is top-tier. They offer Zelle and any online banking tool you may need.”

The fees are very reasonable considering the post-Covid times comparing to other banks and credit unions. Cameron has helped on several occasions and was accurate, professional and very prompt with all communications.
