I ordered my daughter a pair of UGG Disquettes for Christmas. I was a little apprehensive because they were sold out everywhere and I had never heard of Baehr Feet Shoe Boutique, but they shipped and I received them well before Christmas. They were small on my daughter ( I think this particular style runs very small) and I thought we were going to be out of luck. I immediately emailed customer service ( on Christmas Day), assuming there was nothing they could do for me, because they were showing sold out. I received an email back the next day, which surprised me because I figured I wouldn't hear anything for at least a week since it was the week in between Christmas and New Years. I was told they were so sorry but they were sold out. A couple of hours later I received another email saying they had just gotten a shipment in and she would put a pair of size 8s on hold for me and all I had to do was ship back the pair of 7s that I had. I honestly couldn't believe my luck! I was so impressed with their customer service and how helpful and easy it was to exchange the UGGs. I would 100% order from and recommend Baehr Feet Shoe Boutique! Thank you for your willingness to help us out, when it was our mistake!! I have one happy daughter!

Ok! So if you want the best feeling shoes you’ve ever put on your feet get here quick! The Wooloomooloo shoes are fabulous. This is the only unisex shoe in stock and they are heaven!!!Duffy and her peeps are wonderful and they ship my shoes all the way back to Alabama.No kidding, these shoes are heaven for my soles and good for my soul!

Think twice about buying from Baehr Feet Shoe Boutique.I ordered a pair of Lemon jelly Gala shoes and they squeak. I have never worn them other than to try them on when I received them. I called the store. They will not give a refund or an exchange for a different item.

My mom ordered a pair of Tory Burch sandals that she couldn’t find in her size at any of the stores we are familiar with (we’re in AZ). We ordered from Baehr on a whim, and they came super fast and with cute added touches! Highly recommend this boutique.

Dishonest company.Sent me a used, dirty, damaged pair of sandals, made it difficult to return them, and then refused to refund me my $80 because I sent them back outside their 14 day return window (in the same condition they were mailed to me, as depicted by photos I sent them on the day they were initially recieved by me in the mail). This is despite the fact that they are disorganized and hard to get in touch with, and I explained I was in the midst of a long distance move, in the midst of a pandemic, hence the return delay.Returning by mail was more aggrevation than I wanted when I ordered a pair of sandals.I spoke to Caroline in customer service, who admitted that they will be sending the sandals back to the manufacturer for their money back on the inventory, but they still won't refund me my $80. That's called stealing.They never stated a time limit to return their defective merchandise, and refuse to refund me.I have to file a claim with my bank, and am warning anyone who is considering ordering online from them to think twice. Posted photos of the damaged and defective merchandise they sent me, on another review site.The owner has some nerve suggesting I shop with them again, after they stole $80 from me, and stand to make profit by trying to re-sell or return the defective shoes to the manufacturer.

Was very disappointed to see the way you all are ignoring certain types of people when they enter the store. It’s interesting how you can spend over 1k at a store through the years, but come in looking a little different than usual and get treated as if you don’t exist. I would recommend greeting and treating EVERYONE the same.

Exceptional personal service and fast shipping! The owner, Duffy, even sent me a personalized email with my tracking number. Even though my experience was online, it made me feel like I was purchasing from my neighborhood boutique. I even received a coupon for my next purchase. I will be shopping here again soon for another cute pair of sandals!
