Very nice people, not entirely bad experience over a year ago resizing my rings here. I was unhappy after the sizing with my rings, because they still completely fell off my fingers. Very nice lady practically gave me her ring spacer to make the rings fit. At the time we figured it was the change in seasons and that my fingers were swollen during hot season. But after 1.5 years I still cannot wear them even with the little contraption she gave me. Unfortunately I can’t afford to go back to them to have them both resized again! So I have not worn my wedding rings since :( but they were very nice and tried to help. I just wish they could’ve sent them back and had them resized down. After all, sizing down should not be as expensive as they take out the white gold

I had my diamond ring repaired at B&D this past week. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. They repaired it quickly and offered to polish my other rings as well. I even purchased a beautiful pendant and chain! Highly recommend this family owned business!

My future hubby and I purchased not only my engagement ring, but our wedding bands from B&D. I worked pretty closely with Jessica (I think her name is) and she is the ultimate best there is in customer service. She worked with us on resizing and even found us the cutest velvet ring box for our wedding day. This is definitely going to be my go to jewelers for all my future needs.. their name says it best- it’s a FAMILY jewelers and they treat you like family.
