Johnny Lewis, such a kind hearted sweet older man. His knowledge of cars is substantial and he makes it easy to get what you need to get back on the road. The rest of the store staff does a great job of interacting with customers. It's evident that he does well to make sure his store is well run.

They were very nice and kept a battery overnight that had been purchased last year in order to re-charge it. I am extremely grateful. They did an awesome job.

Clean and we'll organized store with just about everything you'd need for a productive Saturday tune up (or an emergency Tuesday repair in the rain)! Tanja gave great service, even making a local recommendation.

I ordered a battery online and input my car info in and it said the battery would fit. Picked it up and it doesn’t fit. I took it back less than 30 minutes to exchange and the sales manager immediately gets an attitude and told me “that’s the one you ordered.” Then proceeds to return and tell me I’m not sure how your bank works with returning fund so you may have to wait, insinuating I’m broke and didn’t have the money. Waited for her to finish, left and went to O’Reilly’s where they had much better customer service.

Store manager Tanya D. at Laurens Rd store was very rude when I asked her to look up a product at other locations. Seemed like I was wasting her time. Will not return to this store.

I came in today looking for a 4 cycle SAE 10 W30 oil for my lawn mower. As soon as I entered and told them what I needed this Black guy on duty said he'd just signed out indicating he's off duty. So I informed him I didn't care who helped me...wasn't really talking to him anyway necessarily because there was 2 people behind the counter. So the young white guy tried to help...but he doesn't know anything...especially when it comes to helping customers! He's probably good at checking folk out. There was a T4 SAE 10 W30...but he had no earthly idea if it was what I needed. So as I'm leaving the store the Black guy is still behind the counter hiding his face. What a waste of human space in that store today. Usually when I'm in there customer service is top notch...but not today. They are ridiculous!!!!

Average AutoZone with average employees selection is what you it's what you would expect. No reason not to stop here for your automotive needs
