James at the Eastside Branch was great to work with. He was efficient and very kind. He took the time to explain everything but also guide me through the process with ease. I would hire him at my store if he would let me but I will also ask for him next time I visit AT&T. Thank you again for your help!

Phone issues after Apple update…manager was very kind, courteous and patient….most of all he found the problem and resolved it. He also provided a solution without trying to up sale me when he had the opportunity.I really appreciated his customer service and work ethic.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. James Miller at the 1855 East Main Spartanburg location. It was already busy at 10:15. I was having a challenge with my new phone and he was able to solve it with no hesitation or concerns. While I was there I also witnessed his professionalism kindness and knowledge he shared with me and several other customers. A true asset to ATT. I hope they reward him with higher compensation as he is a true GEM!

DAKOTA, at the Spartanburg AT&T location was a TREMENDOUS HELP!!! Today was a tough day for me..Dakota helped me transfer my deceased mother’s line to my current line, other issues with my current lines. For ALL of your AT&T needs go see James and Robert at the store in Hillcrest. Trust me they know their stuff. I got what I want and the process was nice and easy. I love my new watch! I love it when they know what they're doing..my favorite customer experience! Run don't walk. They got you I promise!

Please stop looking at ATT as a reputable business because they have been around for years, that is not the case. My mentally disabled cousin went to ATT in 2020 to get help with a phone, she uses a flip phone to call and that’s it. You would think that the sales rep would help her with the most affordable option that fits her needs but that wasn’t the case with Disney M. Disney signed my cousin up for a business account charging her triple for what her needs were. When I spoke to the store manager, his response was well you get a longer return policy with a business account. She has a flip phone, why would she pay an extra 2600 over the course of three years for a 30 day extended return? Please be careful on what they are selling because you maybe paying triple monthly for an Extended return period. Shameful to say the least.
